This is the second time I have used The Drain Guys and I am very pleased. The technician, Michael was very polite, thorough and professional. Very happy with company!

Great job! I called on a Monday and they were at my house in an hour. Fixed and done in less than 10 mins. Jesus was super professional and explained everything.

I highly recommend this company for sewer drain replacement. They will beat any quote from competitors. The owner is very honest and has lots of integrity. The crew is very efficient, professional and hard working.

Based on the 5-star recommendation on Angie I hired Jose to replace two existing toilets with new, water saving units. In addition, the shut-off valve needed to be replaced on one toilet. From what was visible, he did a great job. It was only about 4 days later that I saw water saturating a rug about 20 feet from the toilet with the replaced shut-off valve. It turned out that there was a slight leak where the new shut-off valve attached to the copper piping, at a place partially obscured by being partially inside a wall.
I called Jose immediately who informed me that there was nothing he could do about it.
It's now one month later and the final repairs are complete. This was a horror story involving emptying the contents of our master bathroom and bedroom, special procedures for sampling for and then handling asbestos in wallboard and some mold that was discovered. Nearly $15,000 worth of work was needed to temporarily remove a 10 ft sink unit, remove wet wallboard, dry out everything, replace the wallboard and sink unit, and clean the soiled rug.
Moral of the story, only hire Jose for simple tasks which I think he can do very well. Beyond that, beware.

These guys are the very, very BEST!! They are professional, personable and extremely affordable. We had several different plumbers charge us big time money to try and fix our toilet at our long beach business location. A friend highly recommended "The Drain Guys" so we called when the running toilet went from bad to worse. Eddie and the guys came in same day express and fixed it at half the price of the other so called plumbers combined...and that was with parts and labor included. You can save lots of time and money if you contact "The Drain Guys" first, you will be glad you did. I also have their phone number on speed dial in my smartphone now because when friends ask me if I know an honest, reliable, fair priced plumber I say here call this number and ask for Eddie.

Highly recommend The Drain Guys! Eddie found what was clogging my storm drain - a tennis ball! All the other companies I got bids from said I needed to hydro-jet the pipes. Eddie found a more cost effective way to get things flowing again. He's great!

We love how transparent they were with the job and our options. It turned out to be a much larger job than anticipated but we knew the reason and the solutions proposed. Everyone who came out to work on the job were on time, did great work and courteous. We couldn't have asked for more.

Excellent-Affordable-Prompt-Professional-Service. These guys are the real deal from the beginning all the way through to the completion of the job. I highly recommend Eddie and his crew for any and all of your plumbing needs. I know I sure will be calling them first and foremost every time I have plumbing problems.

They did give me a 2 hour window so I arrived 30 minutes early. The service person was 30 minutes late but it’s LA so I mind. The price to clear a kitchen sink drain and a bathtub drain was $300. About an hour. I thought that was a little high and then I found out it was after a discount. The service person was friendly, professional and cleaned my faucet filter as well. I’m not sure how this company works but I’m guessing they take a big portion of what I paid him.

Called their office because of a leak somewhere around one of the restrooms. Eddie answered and rearranged his schedule to come out. He arrived on time. Man is this guy good— he listened to everything I said, asked really smart questions, and then systematically eliminated all the possibilities until he found the problem, which was a leaky toilet. He fixed it quickly and left the area super clean. While he was here, I noticed water coming from the water heater. He found that the hot water inlet was corroded. I was able to run down to Home Depot for a replacement, which he attached for me after fixing the toilet. If this is the kind of service The Drain Guys give every day, then I know who I’ll be calling next time. Thanks Eddie and Drain Guys.
