During this heat wave of 110+ degrees a day, our ac went out. I called so many companies and no one could come, they were all booked days out. 2 guys actually laughed when I asked if they could come day of. Then I was referred Cool Air Pro's. They were professional and even came out at 7am, before business hours, to help. They came, assessed the situation and fixed the problem within 30 mins. Highly recommend!!!

They were supposed to install new thermostat. Instead they broke a complete a/c unit, connected wrong wires and fried them, then blamed the thermostat. Either incompetent or malicious, I have no idea, but you’ve been warned. Btw no one ever followed up with us, to fix anything - not that I would ever have allowed them back in - I had two electrician friends come look at it and then - and we ended up going with NexGen to come out and replace our now extinct unit. We call it our $4,000 thermostat.

They are very easy to contact and their work is excellent. All the technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, on time and practice COVID-19 safety responsibly. I will continue to call them anytime I have a problem with my central AC or heating systems.

Cool Air Pros is the only AC/HVAC company I will allow in my house. From the office staff to the technicians, the company has exceeded all exceptions. They are responsive, timely and thorough and fix the problem the first time. Unlike other AC?HVAC companies they do not automatically say replace.... They actually think and fix the problem.

Highly recommend. I called on a Sunday and Enrique got back to me quickly the same day to schedule an appointment. The technicians were punctual, efficient, friendly, and very patient in answering all of the questions I had. They fixed my issue, followed up, and offered sound advice for how to optimize my system.

Truly exceptional service! If you have an Ladwp utility bill they participate in the ac optimization program. They travel all over la county. And there’s nothing paid up front. They are actually extremely professional, have appt scheduling that sends text reminders and tracks the technician. This company also seems to be expanding quickly because others must feel the same. I’ve been a homeowner for 15 years and I can say that this is AC company does things correctly. They have equipment to test, and send a certificate in the mail when done.

Let me just start by saying that this company was not your regular contractor. When I called them to set up the appointment Enrique the manager was able to ask many questions and offer possible causes of the issue. He set me up with an appointment the same day!
When the Sam the technician arrived he was very cordial and knew exactly where to start. He found out the issue and advise on the repair process. I was quoted much higher prices before. I would recommend them to any of my friends. - Thank you Sam and cool air pros for saving us from the heatwave

The service was great. The technician took the time to explain the work and what was done. He showed pictures, readings, and even showed me the piece he changed along with real time readings.
I was in the middle of meetings for work and was short in my responses, but the tech maintained a high level of professionalism and was extremely courteous and patient.
Would highly recommend their service.
