This business is trustworthy and gets the job done. We used their services last summer and they did not only an AC tuneup, but had also installed a Google Nest thermostat. They were reliable and efficient.

The techs were very friendly, honest and knowledgable. They were straight forward and kept me updated with what was happening and what needed to be done. They took a couple visits to complete the job, but their professionalism made me not worried at all. Its rare to get a company with one person you feel comfortable with, but this company has multiple people I would trust. When the job was completed, I could not have been more happy. They were excellent and will always refer this company.

Cool Air Pros were very professional. They texted before their arrival and were very prompt. They took their time to assess the problem and then suggested several options to fix the thermostat. They installed a new thermostat that works perfectly. I will definitely use them in the future and suggest their services to others. Great business, and they will be my go-to company for anything related to AC/heat.

I am so impressed by this company. I have used them more than once and plan to use them again when I upgrade my AC system. They are so organized and responsive and I feel like I can really trust their service. I can't say that about other resources I have used. Every tech that has come to my home has been professional and did a good thorough job and very friendly too. This last time they came out to check on my Nest thermostat that eventually died; told me how to handle it and came back and supplied me with a temporary one until my new Nest arrives in the mail...really, really supportive and appreciated! Lastly, I think their pricing is very fair.

In a city where there a hundreds of Air Conditioning vendors, I got lucky with Cool Air Pros. Besides being courteous, on time, Julio and his associates worked very hard and fast and explained what was going on with my air conditioning unit. I would recommend this company over and over again. And. I will be recommending this company to my 71 unit condominium community today. They are also at the top of the list of vendors for DWP. I have to deal with condo vendors daily and Cool Air Pro is fantastic.

COOL AIR Pros is a great company and I highly recommend their services. These days it's all about trust. I happen to come across them on Angie's list 3 years ago because my AC wasn't turning on, even though it was working. They came out and simply fixed it at no charge! I only paid for the AC Tune-up! On top of that, they installed a Google Nest thermostat for free because they work with the city of Los Angeles Department of Water & Power. I have called them every summer since and trust their work, appreciate their professionalism and attention to details.

The technician seemed rushed and barely looked at the unit before saying everything was fine. Hours later the air conditioner shut off completely and would not turn back on. I called the office and was told I would need to book another appointment and pay again. That is not acceptable when the problem was never fixed the first time.

Went to buy capacitors. Got the feeling being welcomed by prison officers. No hello and looking at you like you are disturbing them. FYI only selling to contractors. Finally bought what I needed from Amazon with a smile from A to Z !

I send my guy to buy a simple fan relay and because his english is not that fluyent they made him wait for so long and be side of that they treat him very very badly, make him fell less!
I don't know what kind of humans work there.

In 14 yrs , first time they ask me for model number of the AC unit just for buying a fan relay

So I have the universal EPA license allowing me to work with Freon. And I’ve been a certified electrician for 20 years. No contracting license and you won’t deal with me? That doesn’t seem fair to me or you. I do a lot of business in the valley. To bad you won’t change your policy. Must be doing fine with just contractors. Maybe don’t advertise on public sites if you only servicing a select few.
