I’ve been coming here for years, the entire counter staff is knowledgeable in their products. It’s always a good time to have a laugh while doing business.

Nice people, how ever they only sell to contractors. I was told I need a contractor's license to buy a filter for my 10 years old lennox.

This location has very friendly staff. Brian has been our go to guy. Always on point and always so informative.

I love this guys because they only sell parts and equipment to contractor license. that way they keep our business and overheads safe. I love you guys

Brian stepped in to help as well and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find a team that’s this attentive and genuinely committed to customer service. Five stars for both of them and for the whole Chatsworth location.

My AC wasn't cooling good so I naturally called my brother. He said to call Joe Sepe Heating & Air Conditioning they helped him out last year and did a good job. So I did and they got someone out same day. My system is reaching the end of its life but I don't have the money right now to replace it. They put some more freon in it and said it should last me through the summer but I do need to replace it soon. He did say that if it doesn't last the money I just spent he will apple half to a new system, which I thought was nice. Overall I'm very happy with the service I received and will be using them when I replace it. 2 thumbs up!!!
