15+ year review… I have been a client for that long. Joe and his crew are more than trustworthy, reliable and dependable. Beyond reasonable pricing, above and beyond top quality work. one of my very few vendors who I can leave the keys with not have to worry about any problems. The work is always done right the first time and that is very hard to find. So whether it’s Joe or his son Nick or employee Rick you have nothing to worry about you’re in great hands. From repair, maintenance to ducting replace, heating issues or to an entire new system they can do it all. Thank you, boys.

Fresh Air Systems is the company that installed the a/c system so, when we started having problems (a musty smell) with our system a few years later, we called them. The first day Kelly (the service rep) came out, it was a $200 service call. Okay, fine, no problem. Was he able to fix my a/c? No. He said the system needed a coil cleaning and that it would cost $800. Whoa! I asked him, "Why so much?" Kelly explained that it was labor intensive and would require two people and eight hours of work because the coil housing would need to be dismantled completely "as if we have to rebuild it". He said it was the only way to get rid of the smell in the system. A few days later, Kelly returned with Jesus to do the work. They spent 90 min at my house during which they took apart the top end of the coil case, sprayed in about 10 bucks worth of cleaning chemicals, replaced the door, then pulled out their air compressor and made a show of blowing some air, gave me the bill ($725), left and told me to run it for the rest of the day. The next day, there was still a smell. I called Fresh Air Systems and they said to let the system run for a few days to get rid of any residual from the coils. One week and $925 later, there was still a bad smell from the system. We finally decided to hire an different company to check the system. They came out, recleaned the coils, and we haven't had a problem since. I'm writing to let you know that you should skip this company. They claim that they are a Christian-based company. As a man of the cloth, it's very doubtful; they claim to be sheep, but they have the actions of wolves. Regardless, I pray them the best in their future endeavors. For you, as the consumer, if Kelly and Jesus are your service people, reschedule or cancel.

AC wasn't working in the 104° heat. I called one company and they said the whole system would need to be replaced. Then called Arpi and turns out it was just a leak, fixed it same day and I'm back to a cool house.

This company put in my system @ 15 years ago recently had some problems … just had ent got to thinking about Arpi till I remembered Gary, called he came over right away…. Really fixed !!

Not replaced under an attempted hard sell by the other guys for over$17,000 usd with an inferior system well ya know it is on its last legs,,, Bull. S.

'FRANTIC HERE'

My AC wasn't working in the first heat wave of this year. Being old I panicked! A very busy time for Gary of ARPI MECHANICAL INC. He made the time to check out my unit and found a leak. The leak was coming from the condenser coil up in the super hot attic. It wasn't an easy job to do as there was so much involved to get me back up and running. He is most patient with me as I ask a lot of nervous questions.

I have used this Company for various things in my HVAC unit over the years. He has always been well mannered, patient, most knowledgeable and has all the tools on his truck. His office staff are most considerate.

Every time the AC turns on, I first thank GOD and Gary. I know one day in the distant future I may have to replace the whole system. But not now, it's to hot!!! I highly recommend this Company. I posted many photos, don't know why they are not showing up correctly.

Gary and his staff are, in a word, amazing! His product knowledge and attention to detail are unparalleled, and he has always charged me a fair price for the services he provides. Once I was lucky enough to find him, I would not take my HVAC business anywhere else!

100 degrees out and my system failed on a Saturday afternoon! That night and all day Sunday we baked! But, They returned my weekend voicemail Monday morning, said they were fully booked but gave me an appointment for Tuesday morning. Monday evening they called me, sent their guy and boom! He had the system up and running in less then 30 minutes! Thank-you ARPI!!

The AC at my mom’s house stopped working and she couldn’t get anyone to come the same day. I called LP Quality Air and they were able to come and fix the AC for an affordable price! Very courteous customer service and technician, will def them call again
