These guys really know their stuff they have been repairing all of my plumbing equipment for the last 5 years and always have been doing a great job they don't cut corners they only recommend what really needs to be done and they are just honest all around , Jeff is a really nice guy and will not try to screw you. He is straightforward every time I drop off my equipment I don't even ask them what needs to be done he just takes care of it and I pay the bill when I get there that's the type of trust I have in them.

Called JS to install a new jetter i bought and Kyle and Jeff made arrangements to fit me in immediately even though they had a full schedule all week! These guys are super knowledgeable and professional i highly recommend to visit JS for any plumbing equipment repairs or installations! They even do custom fabrication!

These guys are awesome. I needed a new cable and got it installed within 30 mins. I ordered a reaper nozzle and got it same day. They have serviced my gorlitz hydro jet and ridge descaled and did a great job!

Received a next day appt. Fast, fair pricing, excellent work to install a gas shut-off valve. Highly recommend!

My grandmother used this company to fix some problems she was having in a spare bathroom. She had a leak under the sink and a problem with the toilet. He knocked the wall out under the sink and went under the house to replace the leaking pipe He said fixed the issues with the toilet. Great. BUT the quality of work that was done to repair the wall he knocked out was pathetic. My grandmother, being 87, couldn't bend down to inspect the work and I was unable to get the day off from work to assist her. Unfortunately, when I was able to come over and check on it, the wall had already dried and was completely starting to crack and flake off. It looks like a child playing with play-doh tried to shove stuff in the wall and around the pipe for a quick fix. He said he left a hole in the wall for her in case she needed to ever get back there. Why? I have no idea what he was thinking. We don't need a hole in the wall under the sink... Here are the pictures of the disaster under the sink. Hopefully this is resolved quickly. I will be calling first thing tomorrow morning.

Update:
I rushed off to work Monday morning and forgot to call on behalf of my Grandmother. I was pleasantly surprised that when I came over after work, the original tech had already called to apologize about the quality of work done and explained he would be out Tuesday to repair the patch work.

It was fixed quickly and correctly. We are all human, mistakes happen. BUT It looks 10 times better. Thank you guys for being humble enough to apologize and correct your error. It's not common these days. Grandma is happy. I am happy. She said she will be willing to use you again for any plumbing needs.

I paid them $650 to snake and then waterjet a slow drain. They were unsuccessful after attempting both and then recommended repair of drain pipe that was under the foundation of the home's concrete slab for $4500. I declined and paid the $650 for essentially nothing. I hired another plumber who successfully cleared the drain using a snake for less than $200!
