These guys are awesome! I had a leaking shower faucet and broken shower head pipe. I tried calling at least 3 other plumbers and everyone was booked two days out or more. I didn't want to have to wait that long to get this addressed. The brothers came within 10 minutes and got my showers fixed up, checked my water pressure and reinstalled my shower head. They were fast, professional and left my house clean. Fair pricing too.

The sewer brothers are awesome! I called them on a Sunday morning with a clogged kitchen sink and they were out within the hour. Turned out it was a big issue and a 40 foot pipe needed to be replaced. They went ahead and took care of everything by staying and working all afternoon on their Sunday and were fair about the price. I cannot thank them enough. Highly highly recommended!

Carlos was responsive, helpful, and professional the whole time. He gave me a great price on some really great work and am going to recommend him to all of my friends and family.

Pedro quickly replied to my inquiry last night for a plumbing Job & he immediately set an appointment next day which is today, They have all the necessary equipment brought to our unit,They started the job right away no wasted time. Showed me what was needed to be done & the brother's Pedro & Carlos and was able to clear the drain on the kitchen sink has to make some adjustments on the pipe without an extra charge. Five stars!! on time, great price and very professional work. Shower valve kit had the wrong screws so at 4:30 pm the crew had to drive all the way to Thousand Oaks to find replacements, a drive of one hour there and back. Got back to Granada Hills just after 5:30 and half an hour later the job was done. Love their dedication and the commitment to customer service. Thanks Sewer Brothers!!

This is an amazing company! I needed my water pressure regulator replaced and Pedro was a gem! He replied to me within 5 minutes of sending my email and was super fair and reasonable. They came later in the evening and replaced it at night ( they brought lights) and in the rain. I would definitely use Pedro again! He showed me the receipts of the parts and was just a nice, honest and fair person! Thanks again Pedro! I have you stored in my phone now for all my plumbing needs!

My water heater burst in the middle of the night. Pedro and his team were here in less than 20 min. They immediately got to work stopping the flood, cleaning the water, and assessing the situation. Turns out I needed a whole new water heater. They returned bright and early the next day with a new heater. We were up and running in no time. This was in Oct 2023. The sewer brothers are very responsive and professional. I called them because I needed a gas line capped off that is no longer needed. Carlos came and was able to complete the job quickly. I asked him about another issue i was having and he was able to quickly diagnose the issue. He came back the next morning to install a new pressure regulator which fixed the issue. He also upgraded my fittings from brass to copper while he was at it. Did a great job. Would highly recommend if you need plumbing services.

My experience with The Sewer Brothers was 100% positive (all pros, no cons). I called them because they had too many excellent online reviews for the reviews to have been submitted by family and friends, and the positive review details were convincing.

For our estimate, Carlos arrived quickly, in the time window promised, to diagnose the pinhole leak in a hot water line under our house. He identified that, and two other drain pipe leaks and a corroded section of copper pipe at a t-connection. Carlos explained everything clearly, with photographs. The repair estimate was reasonable.

Carlos and Reyes arrived on time the next day for the repair, which went smoothly. It included resetting a toilet, capping a recirculating hot water line that was leaking, replacing a corroded copper t-fitting, and replacing two corroded galvanized steel drain stacks with ABS.

Carlos explained the work done, and sent photos of their work. Carlos was unfailingly polite, explained everything well, and he and Reyes were very careful to avoid making any mess and to clean up completely after their work, without my asking. Highly recommended.

What an incredible company! It’s hard to find a company that does great work and provides top-notch customer service. Sewer Brothers Plumbing & Rooter is such a company and deserves its five star rating! And for the women reading this, I was treated with respect and given a fair price.
After dealing with a plumbing stoppage caused by roots for over a month, my regular plumber finally told me that he couldn’t find the main sewer line and I should find another plumbing company that has the proper equipment. This followed three floods in all three of my bathrooms on three different occasions within that month.
I researched several highly rated plumbing companies and checked their standing with the California state license board. Sewer Brothers Plumbing & Rooter was the only one that had a C 36 plumbing license and a C 42 sanitation systems license, which is why I chose them.
I called and was told that Carlos would be dispatched to my house within 40 minutes. He arrived sooner than that with the proper equipment. Within minutes, he had diagnosed my problems and showed me pictures of my entire sewer system and all the roots clogging up my sewer line. He also showed me the sections that did not need replacing, which was great. He gave me options of possible solutions without any pressure. His prices were fair and reasonable, and it was easy to decide since I was exhausted from the floods in my house during the past month.
His crew arrived the same day and began digging. Carlos told me that the work would be completed within a day and a half, and they only needed to turn off my water for a few hours. This is exactly what happened. The sewer lines were replaced, a new cleanout was installed, and they even repaired a leak in my sprinkler systems. And then they replaced all of the dirt that they had carefully piled all over my lawn, and then put the grass back. They were hard-working, detail, oriented, and well trained. They were very respectful of my property. I was impressed that they even put yellow “caution” tape surrounding each hole they dug, even though my property has a fence around it. It was very evident that the crew got along very well and were happy working for this company. Carlos was present a good deal of the time, working alongside his crew. At the end of the job, he showed me pictures of the finished sewer line, all new and minus the roots.

Hello, our home in the Devonshire Country Estates was built in 1957 with cast iron drain lines. Cast iron does last a long time, but after 68 years it was shot! Some pieces were completely missing the bottom section. I'm a retired project manager and I solicited several bids, and the Sewer Bros. proposal was very well written and clearly defined what they would do and the cost. Very impressive, many proposals I have reviewed are deliberately confusing so that you really don't know their intentions.
I take walks around our neighborhood in the evenings and usually stop and talk to the neighbors when I see a contractor truck outside doing something. The Sewer Bros. trucks were at a couple of neighbors that I talked to, and they were highly recommended.
All my work was with permits and even the inspector was impressed with the good work. To sum it up Carlos and his plumbers did a great job for a fair price.
