Jose came out to my home this weekend and was able to unclog my drain. He was on time and very friendly. I didn’t think plumbers can be so nice lol

It started with an upsell to have the main line clean-out replaced and the call was for a sink clog! The guy was the cleanest "plumber" I ever saw. But he totally got it wrong, he spent an hour on the phone laughing with someone. I told him to go home and called MVP who did a great job! But Rooter Solutions did not solve or even understand a simple sink clog. DON'T USE THEM!

Sergio is great at replacing our disposal. Very quick and he cleaned up under the sink and was everything and more we wanted. Thanks again for your services.

Needed to have a drain unclogged and our regular plumber was unavailable. My neighbor had just used Rooter Solutions to have some work done on her house and she recommended them to us. When I called they said that they would arrive at my residence within a 2 hour window and they would message with the plumbers name and photo, and that's exactly what happened. Juan showed up, on time, wearing all his personal protective gear. In order for Juan to be able to clear the clog he had to remove the stuff we keep under the kitchen sink. He cleared the drain and he even put all the stuff back under the sink in better order than we had had it originally. Thanks Juan.

Carlos Torres and Pedro A came to our home to clear the line . They found a problem with the plumbing and very quickly and efficiently were able to replace all the necessary parts.
