Began with scheduling my fix it list with Vanessa customer rescheduling specialist. Kind and pleasant and not hurried. Scheduled Juan Partida the Plumber for Presidents Day 02/21/2022. He used his PPE’s in my home. Very clean, fast, knowledgable, helpful, polite. Walked around to each problem. After he called his supervisor Blake Elijah to come up with a far estimate! Sold! Juan found a broken valve on my Hot Water heater-went and got another one and install before parts store closed. Got everything done ✅ in one day!
I never tried a coupon out of a mailer before. So grateful I did! I am recommending Rooter Solutions to all my neighbors, friends and family members. Thank you all, Paula Simpkins

I had such a wonderful experience with Rooter Solutions Plumbers. They are very professional, considerate and do an excellent job to make sure you are happy with their work. They changed all of our drain (sewer) pipes underneath our house (horizontal and vertical) - iron galvanized pipes that had gotten badly corroded over the past 70 years, with ABS (very durable) pipes. They also changed the drain pipes that go underneath our front yard all to way to the city sewer line in the middle of our street and installed three cleanouts. In addition, they installed two new toilets and unclogged our toilet on several occasions. So, while we did have to wait for permits and a bond to be approved, Fernando and Pablo, were always giving me updates and stopping by to check on things. They did a lot of work which they were not responsible for, but went out of their way to make us happy and got professionals to come and do the repair work like patch up walls, retile our floor, change sprinkler pipes and heads, etc... I can't say enough good things about Rooter Solutions. They are so great. You won't be disappointed with their work. They are very kind and courteous; plus, they gave us discounts along the way. So, you can't go wrong if you were to hire them for your next plumbing project. Thanks! :)

Pablo was efficient, courteous, friendly, he explained all issues in detail.
He unclogged my pipes, fixed my kitchen sink and my toilet which wouldn’t flush. Each time I called he responded as quickly as possible.
I will continue using Pablo for all my plumbing needs.

Please explain to your driver of van 7832 license plate 95055U2 that you shouldn’t drive 70mph through Santa Clarita in your commercial vehicle. Not a good image for your company whatsoever.

Jose was amazing! In and out within 30 minutes and the drain is clear. Very respectful of our property and left no mess behind. Will definitely call again if needed.

The office staff and guys wer super nice and polite. However they were there to UPSELL big time, not clear the clog for the $54 coupon price. The supervisor magically appear, as "he was in the neighborhood" to tell me several times that home ownership is very expensive, before he told me I needed hydro jetting for my main line.
And again when I declined to spend a ridiculous $1595 for that service, they were able to clear the line with a "bigger snake".
What a joke.
They were very nice though and very polite......
However seems like the goal was to take advantage and upsell, not take care of a simple clog for the coupon price. Seems like a bait and switch..... Didn't work here.
Just make me sad that some people won't know any better and will fall for it......

My toilet was clogged making my sink and tub over flow. I called your company and Jose was able to get the job done in an efficient and timely manner. Thank you Jose and Rooter Solutions !

I called rooter solutions around 11pm because I had water spraying next to my toilet and I couldn’t shut the main water off. They sent their technician Jose within that same hour and he was able to shut our water off for the night. He returned the next morning to replace our toilets shut off valve.

I will def use them again for any future issues

Rooter solutions came to my parents house and was able to unclog 3 different sinks. They sent Jose who was absolutely wonderful to have in our home and even gave us his business card in the event of an emergency. Def calling these guys back again.

I just had the team of Sergio and Andy come to unclog a drain! They were so pleasant and professional. They were awesome! The price was good and Andy was incredibly neat and tidy! Thank you, Great job.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They will make up issues and suggest you to replace items that do not need to be placed. They also highly markup their services.

I called Rooter to fix my clogged kitchen sink and to replace the flapper on my toilet. The Rooter Plumber said that the pipe under the sink needed to be replaced. He quoted me $550 to fix the sink and $250 to replace the toilet flapper (I bought the exact same flapper myself for $30 at a store). He then also added that the fill valve in the toilet needed to be replaced for $330. In total he wanted to charge me $1,130 to fix my sink and toilet.

I called another plumber who said that the pipe and fill valve did not need to be replaced. He was able to fix both my issues for $150, almost one tenth the price of Rooter's. DO NOT USE ROOTER SOLUTIONS PLUMBERS. They are a complete scam.

Sergio and Andy were amazing, they fixed my clogged toilet. But, what made them amazing was they left the place very clean, they looked clean cut when they arrived, the equipment they wheeled in had wheel covers like you would put on a shoe. They put a cloth down on the floor. They were professional, curious and left the place clean oh yeah they did a great job fixing the toilet.

Jose was very professional at diagnosed my water heater issue. I will definitely call him to replace it in the future

My bathroom sink had been clogged for about a week and I didn’t know what to do anymore, i called 2 other plumbers that were not able to fix the problem and were a bit rude when I contacted them to notify that the job they had done, had NOT worked.

I came online looking for new plumbing services and stumbled upon Rooter Solutions Plumbers LA and decided to give them a try after seeing all the amazing reviews.

LET ME TELL YOU IT WAS THE BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE!

Within an hour they sent out Jose to my home to take care of the problem and he was marvelous! Super fast and efficient, as well as friendly and very respectful of my home, I will definitely be saving their number and asking for Jose specifically again.

My kitchen sink was clogged so I contacted Rooter Solutions on a whim seeing all the positive reviews they had and was astounded by the service I received. Jose came on time and was able to quickly find the problem and fix the clog. They also inspected my drains with a camera and found nothing else wrong with the pipes so that gave me a piece of mind and a sense of relief that there wasn’t a bigger problem waiting to happen.

I highly recommend this company and definitely ask for Jose! He not only worked efficiently but he was one of the most friendliest and honest plumber I’ve met.

We are renters and had an emergency in the middle of the night, sludge came up in the toilet and shower. Couldn’t get a hold of our landlord, so searched for a plumber online. Pedro responded promptly and came out shortly after, which was first thing in the morning. He was thorough and fixed the recurring problem, better than it had ever been fixed in the past. He even took the time to clean thoroughly after he was done. The price was right and our landlord was impressed. Looks like we found a new plumber.

Pedro was a amazing, quick to arrive on a last minute call , he assessed needs and went right to work, even when he was unable to move forward due to complications from previous companies workmanship, he gave me his professional opinion of what needed to be done which was invaluable, after spending 2 working hours at my house he packed up the van and when I went to pay he said don't worry, call me if needed in future, I would highly recommend Pedro and the company for their very wide amount of talents. I really wanted to cancel other company and have him do the work but couldn't afford to void any warranty on previous work. Thank you Pedro !

Pedro and Carlos are amazing! I made an appointment for the next day, but these men offered to come right away - even though it was early evening. I had water backed up in both sides of my kitchen sink. It was a tough job that a previous plumber was not able to fix. The brothers worked hard at it until the problem was solved. I am recommending them to family and friends.

No doubt these guys are a 5/5. They are very quick to respond, very reasonably priced, and do quality work. We had a bunch of plumbing issues handled by them and everything is up and running excellently. It's very nice to know I can call them for my future plumbing needs without any worries. Highly recommend and will be using them again no doubt.
