Very impressed with Drain Rooter Plumbing. They are my go-to company for all my commercial plumbing needs. Their decades of experience dealing with complex plumbing issues at large commercial centers and stadium venues is very apparent. I use their services on all my commercial jobs and highly recommend them to anyone who needs an experienced and professional plumbing company.

My family has been using Drain Rooter plumbing for over 10 years and they always are prepared, honest and professional. I would highly recommend Drain Rooter no matter the size of the job small or big. I am very particular when it comes to companies working on my house or place of business to ensure the job is done the right way the first time.

I have used Drain Rooter Plumbing several times and every time they have always been professional, honest and thorough. I have used many plumbers in the past and none of them match the quality of service this company provides. There was once incident where another company wanted to dig up our kitchen to access a gas line but Drain Rooter Plumbing saved us a fortune and hassle by detecting the leak in a different spot that only needed minimal access to repair. They will always have my business!

Our apartment had a serious drain clog that made our sink suddenly fill with water from the neighbors above us. Our maintenance called drain rooter and their technician Rudy quickly arrived and jumped into action. He noticed a leak coming from under the sink that wasn’t noticed by maintenance before him and was able to diagnose the issue and fix it before it got worse. Being a disabled person, I truly appreciate Rudy for staying and making sure we were well taken care of in the late hours of the night. If his supervisor sees this I implore you to reward Rudy for his excellent service.

These guys are amazing! Show up fast, they are clean, do great work, they’re friendly, very experienced. They know what they’re doing and will fix your problem! We highly highly recommend them and ONLY them!

They were referred to me by my neighbor. George came out and repaired my broken water heater, changing the thermocouple part and got it back up and running.

I called this company when my water heater stopped working and they sent out Victor the same afternoon. He quickly found the issue and explained everything in a way that made sense. The repair was done fast and the hot water came back stronger than before. The price felt fair and the service was professional. I am really glad I reached out because the whole experience was smooth from start to finish.
