Inspector came and gave me a bid that shocked both me and the escrow company. Called another retrofitting and their bid was 1/6 of Metro Refitting!!! 1/6!!!

The inspector from Metro checked my security bar releases, and during that broke the hinge on one of my windows and left saying he thought I should call a welder. Escrow company said, "Call and tell them they are responsible for repair." I did and the rep said she'd "talk to management and get back to me." Nope. Haven't heard. And I've called and left a second message.

** after this posted, "management" did call me. He said that the bars are old and that can happen, OK, I'll buy that. He then said their original bid was not "written in stone," if I'd still like to work with them. Not a chance Fooled once, shame on you, fooled twice, shame on me comes to mind.
Go with someone else unless you love paying 6 times what others will charge you.

Drain Kings did a super great job at resolving my sink problem Bought my own snake and used Draino and nothing worked. Tim was great!!! Thank you.

Personable and prompt, but that’s it! I have a huge water bill with no visible signs of a leak. Zeroing in on our landscape irrigation system, Drain kings said they could test the system, even though it’s a drip system and identify where the problem might be. They said that a gas would be used in the system…there was never any gas used, never saw any canisters, nothing; he left with only a metal rod - liars, we have cameras. He ran the system, walked the property, found a TINY rupture in a line then proceeded to tell me the system was running too long and that was the reason for the high water bill. It’s a DRIP SYSTEM run 2 days a week…you can’t just run it 15/20 min, 2 days a week! These guys might be good at drains and plumbing, but if you have a leak, look elsewhere!!!! If they don’t find a problem, they upsell just to make money. I’m furious that they ripped me off with their suggestion of using gas, (which was never used, prob because you CAN’T use gas with a drip system!) and as someone who works in construction, will never refer them to any GC or client I work with.

Pre sale inspection.Nick came on time and cheery- He saved us from purchasing a home that had collapsed iron pipes. He worked hard to try to access the clean out- but there was none. He pulled toilets and worked very hard. I am hiring him again to work on our new house.

Quality work, timely performance, pleasant to work with, no extras on fixed bid. This is the second time we used them. Both times they found a way to deal with disintegrated cast iron pipe under a slab foundation without tearing up our floor or tiled bathrooms.

Joe and his team at Drain Kings corrected and repaired my sewer problem quickly and at an amazing price. Will definitely call them again and I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

We had a clogged toilet clogged sink clogged shower. Literally everything was clogged. Tony and Tiago were the two techs that came out to fix the problem. They were super fast and courteous and charged me 49 bucks. I am only using Drain Kong’s from here on out!
