Drain Kings are great. They came so quickly and fixed my issue professionally. I recommend them for any plumbing issues. They were also very reasonably priced.

What started out as a small bubble on the ceiling - ended up being a significant slow leak from an obstructed pipe resulting in extensive damage to the ceiling, walls and flooring. As a new homeowner, I had no clue what I was up against. John explained everything to me (many times) so that I understood the problem and what was needed to repair the situation. He did not cut corners and was transparent from the beginning.
Additionally, found out my water heater needed to be replaced and he provided me options to cut my costs. Absolutely NO PRESSURE and no upselling.

Drain Kings was fabulous! We had our entire sewer system completely deteriorate (JC Backings is a business operating in Culver City) and Tiago along with JC aka Juan Carlos, Jeff and Moe were "johnny on the spot" in addressing our problem. Immediately identifying how to fix it and providing excellent service. And all of it done during the crazy rain we've been experiencing in LA. They were knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, no toilets, no water, eeek! But we only had a couple of hours without water and they were on it every step of the way. I was able to get a technician to my home. However, the information he provided was a complete scam. I was told I needed almost $20,000 worth of repairs. Thank goodness I have a contractor in the family who obtained two other quotes from licensed plumbers who disputed the "work summary needed" provided by Drain Kings. I will be able to get the work done for over one half of the quoted charge by Drain Kinds. As a single woman living alone this was terrifying and Drain Kings only took advantage of that fact. Do not trust these people!!!

Drain Kings was able to repair the plumbing problem. As far as I'm concerned, the technician went above and beyond what I normally see from the plumbers/drain cleaning techs. Great work, great price and very professional.

I do not like this place, I called them on a clogged kitchen sink, before I even finished explaining the problem the woman was trying to up sell me into different services. Then I waited all day for the plumber to arrive between 3-5, at 4:15 (on Friday) The plumber calls and says he can't make it today but will give me a discount to reschedule. Discounts don't really solve the problem, how about showing up when you say you will.

Just want to say Drain Kings proved that they know what to do, and when it did not go the way they thought the first time. I thought well here it comes the big switch. But a low-price introductory offer alone is not sufficient reason to engage the services of a plumber. After all, your “simple clog” may be a symptom of a much more complex problem, and you could need a seasoned professional to remedy your issue.

Fortunately, Drain Kings has a rock-solid reputation for delivering comprehensive, quality services to fix even worst-case scenarios – they are not simply drain unclogging, one trick ponies.

I called Drain Kings for what I thought was a relatively easy unclog – one too difficult for me to accomplish (God knows I tried), but easy enough for a seasoned professional. My problem turned out to be a worst-case scenario: a broken mainline. Although extremely disconcerting, this was in no way surprising considering that my mainline was 67 years old!!! That old cast iron provided me with years of service.

I called at 3:40 PM in the afternoon, and was given an ETA window of 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM by Brianna, the dispatcher. The plumbing technician, Justin Rygh, arrived at 4:20 PM – a mere 1 hour after I called.

After diagnosing the extent of the problem, they were ready to begin work immediately, which I very much appreciated.

The entire plumbing job took 2 days. Each time, workers showed up at the time promised, and I received advance phone notifications of the impending arrivals.

The job was promptly completed as promised.

Everyone – Brianna, the dispatcher, Justin (the job supervisor), Mike (the “camera man” and estimator), and the gentleman who did most of the “dirty work” deported themselves as kind, compassionate, professional people. This is a civilized group – I liked everyone I dealt with. Also, they wore the appropriate masks, gloves, etc. we expect during this pandemic.

Everyone involved kept in contact each day, so that there were no surprises.

Mike showed me the pictures of my broken, obsolete mainline pipes and immediately conceptualized the scope of the project, estimated the time needed to complete the job, and provided me the precise cost of the job.

The gentleman who dug out the old pipes and replaced them with the new, up-to-code ABS pipe was a hard worker, both friendly and courteous. He really did great work!
