Our garden drain system was clogged. When it rained, or even when the sprinklers came on, the back lawn flooded. A brick patio at the back of the garden flooded whenever we watered as the drain in the patio was blocked. We had hired a plumber who claimed to be able to fix the problem, but didn’t complete the job. We were left with his snake stuck in the drain and we couldn’t remove it. I contacted another contractor who claimed to be able to do the work. His man came to look at the project and said he would come back 2 days later to measure for an estimate. He never returned and my calls and texts were unanswered. I saw Drain Kings poster on a local remodel project and thought to just see what they would say, not being very hopeful. Tiago came as arranged and on time. He told us what he could do for the situation. Drain Kings sent us an estimate the next day - it’s a big project. We agreed to it and they started work the next day. The workers were on time, friendly and amazingly tidy. They cleaned up as they worked and at the end of the day. The work they are doing is first class. I don’t think the drains will ever clog again, at least in our lifetime! All the workers are very respectful and apart from the jackhammering of concrete we hardly know they are here. We feel very lucky to have happened upon Drain Kings and highly recommend them.

My 89 year old father needed drains cleared because of a partial clog with slow draining. The first place that I called was a local business and the rates quoted were $145 for the visit and $135 per branch lines (4 of them) as needed. They did offer a 5% senior discount which made little difference. I then called Drain Kings and spoke with Briana. She quoted less for the complete job than the other wanted just for a visit. She was also able to get Jason to come by within an hour and handle it. My father called me later and advised that Jason had found the problem right away, cleared it up and left. He said that Jason informed him afterward that the job qualified for the basic rate as it was a simple fix. He charged less than half of what I agreed to. They knew that I was willing to pay even more if they identified any additional problems. None found. These people are as honest and as dependable as it gets. They have displayed a kindness and compassion for others that is simply not found any longer in today's world. I feel very fortunate to have called them and I will never call anyone else again. Our kitchen drain was backing up and didn't know who to call. We decided to give Drain Kings a ring. The office staff was professional, friendly and helpful. They had someone at my door in an about 1 hour. JC was awesome. He fixed the problem quickly. Exceeded all my expectations.

We’ve had Drain Kings in twice now during the lockdown. Both times problems were addressed same day, one of which was a big undertaking. Today we had Joe R who assessed the issue quickly and arranged a secondary team to sort it out - again same day. He gave me his personal mobile number so I could check in with him to ensure everything was ok after they left. A reputable company and personable professional technicians.

I called Drain Kings over the weekend frantic about my toilet being plugged up because I had guests coming over in a couple hours. Danette was very friendly and sympathetic about my unfortunate situation and walked me through the pricing and made me feel good about choosing Drain Kings as my first choice! Thanks to Danette, CJ the technician was at my house in 20 minutes after calling and was super friendly and very efficient! Thank you Drain Kings!!! Drain kings revamped my drainage system with all new up to code pipe design. The redesign included my 2 baths, kitchen, and laundry room. Joe and his team reworked all of the pipes all the way to the city line. The price was reasonable and fair. Joe made the process feel like that old school good ole customer service. He thoroughly explained his work. Whenever possible he showed me examples and explained the entire process step by step. Joes plumbing acumen is impressive! His team is sharp , attentive and detailed oriented. Did I mention clean and tidy? I highly recommend Joe and his team from Drain king for any plumbing work.

The drain kings team came out and was beyond our expectations, they were professional, friendly and most importantly honest. They gave notice to estimated arrival time- and actually meant it! They arrived following CDC guidelines- they were professional among each other- and were really calm and relaxed which helped keep us calm and relax in our dilemma (or what we felt was a dilemma). The team listened to our concerns and issues- assessed the entire area for leaks- and found the outcome- they were honest and did not create leaks to hike a charge! - they advised us Of the step we needed to take to avoid the water spillage. Furthermore they offered fans to dry out the basement and did not overcharge! Given to rent the numerous fans at any hardware store would be more!
It is sad to say, but as a homeowner, encountering professional and honest companies are few and rare, and Drain Kings was beyond our experienced encounters - we highly recommend them! We hope not to have any other issues! But if we do, We will be calling them back!

Drain Kings service was unbelievable. I called so many other plumbers before them to get estimates over the phone. And then called Drain Kings they are big on competitive pricing, and have amazing customer service. You can tell they really care about their customers. They fixed my sewer line problem. They ran a camera for us and the price of running the camera was put towards the sewer repair. They were on time and explained all the work they were going to do before hand. There were no suprises at all!!! So refreshing!!! I highly recommend them to everyone!! Thank You Drain Kings!!

I just had a visit from Tiago, my issue was the toilet overflowing. He suggested a couple repairs, which me wife agreed too, fast and reliable service. Will use in the future, yall too !

I had some an issue with my shower a few months ago with having standing water in my tub, I spoke with a dispatcher with the name of Mari at Drain Kings and she dispatched a technician by the name of Tiago. What a great service experience I had with drain kings. My mom’s home needed our line hydrojetted. They were quick to respond and arrived in 30 mins and completely hydrojetted our line and gave us a 30 day warranty for the work. The technicians name was tiago and was very knowledgeable and responsive. If you call for any plumbing needs, ask for tiago.

Yesterday I was having an issue with my kitchen sink drain. I spoke with Mari to see if they have availability to address my issue . She sent a technician by the name off Tiago , he arrived quickly and clear my kitchen drain .

I had Drain Kings come out to my home in Hesperia to do a septic tank inspection. I have an older home so I felt like it was necessary. During the inspection it appeared that I needed to do a septic tank pumping , which the previous owners failed to tell me prior (this is an old home). The provided me with a reasonable quote which I agreed to. Within a few hours their pump truck was outside my home taking care of business. I highly recommend to friends and family. I will definitely use their services if needed. Thank you Tiago and Brian for helping me out.

Had them come to my house to fix a clogged kitchen drain. They snaked it a bit, then quoted $900 to come the next day with a camera and extra equipment. The tech took one look under the sink and stated that the plumbing was all glued together, and that they'd have to replace the p-trap, and run a camera to figure out what was going on. I knew he was full of it... because I've had NO TROUBLE unscrewing our P-trap in the past (guy thought I was a complete rube). I had a bad feeling about the technician. They still charged me over $200 for the visit (unfixed). I called another company who came out the next day and fixed our drain for $165 with a longer snake and no problem. He shook his head when I told him about Drain Kings. BE CAREFUL! Get a second opinon!

They ultimately refunded me via check that took two weeks, but I will never recommend this company. Your plumbers should NOT be inclined to flat out lie to customers!!! Shame.

Simply amazing. Go to these guys first so when others can’t do the job the Drain Kings Can! I happen to be a property manager and realtor of many years. I say this because I have tons of resources and vendors for service needs. For 5+ years now, we have been having rodent infestation issues at one of our properties and none of our own maintenance crews, pest control or plumbers were able to find the source. We got referred to the Drain Kings and I got lucky enough to speak with the owner, Tiago, and I knew immediately over the phone that this guy was going to solve this freaking nightmare!

As expected, these pros gave me an amazing price, showed up on time in these amazing clean service vans, did what they were supposed to and honestly went over beyond to make sure that they would genuinely resolve this problem. These guys were not hourly guys trying to take advantage of you, these guys wanted get the job done. These guys checked every crack and crevice from top to bottom like they were on a military mission. It was crazy. They assessed everything, used multiple technology gadgets like cameras, micro cameras, sensors, leak detection devices smoke. You name it, they had the arsenal.

I am soo impressed by them and the whole process; that how can I not take time to express and refer them too. one lesson I learned in life, “it’s not the product, but who is behind the product or service in this case that matters more”.

These guys are highly recommended and will become my #1 stop for all pluming, sewer, leak and rodent detection and exclusions.

I had a mainline stoppage at my house I called the first company and they tried to sell me a new sewer for 12 grand, then I called Up these guys and they were able to clean my mainline and save my sewer like their logo says. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. They got the job done when they said they could and I haven’t had any problems since.

Sometimes the little ones flush things when visiting daddy's work, and they shouldn't! Drain Rooter came to our rescue. I have no idea how they could feel the item in the blocked line, but in went the tools, and out came the boy's clothes... Lesson learned, Call Drain Router every time!
