Tree reviews in Chico, California

We have used Tree of eden for many years for two different houses.
extremely great job.
Very knowledgeable saved a couple of our trees

They were right on time. Joshua is very knowledgeable in his craft. His crew is great they performed the job way past my expectations. I will be hiring them again for any future tree needs that I have. Heck they didn't even damage the lawn like I thought was gonna happen. Thank you once again tree of eden. You guys were amazing.

Tree of Eden’s team took great care of us when we called. There were 3 trees that needed work and they skillfully used 3 different methods truly professionally to complete each task. 10/10 would recommend

We had a great experience with Tree of Eden Tree Services here in Chico! They handled tree removal, tree trimming & pruning, and cabling & bracing for us, and everything was done professionally and efficiently.

The crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. They took the time to explain what our trees needed and made sure everything was done safely. Cleanup was thorough, and our yard looked better than when they arrived.

If you’re looking for a reliable Chico tree service or arborist, I definitely recommend them. Great price, great communication, and excellent work!

Very grateful that I get to work with such an awesome crew! Josh and the guys are are very professional and I love working with a crew that takes time to focus on the little details and make sure that everything is done with care and done the right way. It's also a bonus that Josh always makes sure we always have the top of line equipment to get the job done properly and safely!

Joshua gave me a great quote on having 4 trees pruned. He and his crew showed up on time at 8am and we're done quickly and completely cleaned up. Great work and I am happy with the results.

We had Josh and his crew come out and remove two large trees from our property. They showed up on time and had the work done fast. They worked carefully around our rosebushes, house and driveway. When they were done, they had everything cleaned up and hauled away and the yard looked great. Their price for the two trees was very reasonable, and I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

Tree Of Eden really went above and beyond our expectations. They were out to give us a quote within a few days, and scheduled the tree work within a few short weeks. They were responsive, communicative, and just all around great to work with from start to finish. From the owner, to the office staff, to the tree crew, everyone was professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work.
Most importantly, the tree work itself was excellent. The crew was knowledgeable, efficient, and paid close attention to detail. Our trees look healthier, more balanced, and beautifully trimmed, not hacked back like you sometimes see with other companies. They also did an amazing job cleaning up afterward. The yard was left spotless, and you could tell they really respected our property throughout the entire process.
It’s hard to find companies these days that combine great customer service with high-quality craftsmanship, but Tree Of Eden absolutely does. We would gladly use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing tree work done.

I have to thank this business from the bottom of my heart. After a morning of frantically calling the local police Dept, fire dept, and pg&e because my cat had climbed an almost 40 ft telephone pole in our neighboring backyard. Each place told us no, there was nothing they could do to help us. I was shocked and hysterical. I called a few tree services and each place was too booked or wasn’t open yet. I finally reached Petersen Tree Care and John (I assume the owner) answered. I was choking through tears explaining my situation. He told me not to worry and my cat would be okay and that he would send his crew out right away. Shortly after, Patrick and Thomas showed up ready to help. I assumed once they saw the scenario they would tell me sorry and that they couldn’t do it due to the location of the pole. But Patrick was ready to do whatever it took to get her down. About an hour and a half of him in the cherry picker trying to reach her with jury-rigged 2X4s screwed together, Patrick still didn’t give up. Patrick ended up getting her down safely to us after 3 hours of her stuck 35ft up on the pole. We can not thank this business enough. In all future tree cutting endeavors etc they will always have our business. Thank you so much!

John and his crew were great! They were timely, courteous, and professional. They removed 2 trees from our yard and did a great clean up job as well. My husband was impressed with the bucket truck that allowed for the tree removal without disturbing our fence.

Petersen tree care just did some work for us up in Forest Ranch. We had several trees too close to our house, which is on a slope that makes them hard to get to. John Petersen and his friendly crew safely and efficiently cut the trees, chipped the brush, and were punctual both days they were at our house. The quality of the work was exactly what we'd hoped and they did a lot of work in a short period of time. Great value!
