Tree reviews in Chico, California

John and his employees did a great job! I recommend them without reservation. They were reliable, completed their work quickly and efficiently and with care. They protected nearby shrubs and did a great job with clean up too! I will definitely use them again!

We have had Petersen Tree Care many times provide tree services at our home. Each time they are incredibly professional and talented. They have taken great care of our trees and even removed some of the largest with no damage to our property. After they leave, you would never know they were there except for how beautiful our trees look. We would definitely recommend John and his crew!

I hired Petersen Tree Care in Chico to remove 3 trees along my garage and one tree that was very difficult to access between two garages and my neighbors fence line. Very satisfied, quick and professional service.

Calvin and the crew did amazing removing a large cedar... the way they worked in sync was true a sight to see

OMG! These guys are the best! Fast, efficient, polite. They pruned all the dead branches off my trees—some I hadn’t even noticed. They even blew last year’s leaves off my roof. And they cleaned up after themselves. My yard has never looked better. I will definitely call them again if my trees need anything.

Knowledgeable, hard working, and friendly crew. They kept checking with us to see if there were any questions or if we wanted anything else done

We have a large property with lots of valley oaks and other trees that needed a good trimming. They completed their task in a very professional and friendly manner. They left the place neat and free of debris!!

Crew #3 cut down one tree, and trimmed to perfection another one. They are absolutely amazing, the way they work together to get a very tough job done!! Watching them cut the top of the tree and lower the limbs down with rope strategically positioned is just amazing. All the guys on the ground Making sure they are in the right safe position. They make a really great team and did me a really great job!!! Team #3 is awesome!.... ..John Kleier

They were on time and very efficient while doing the work. They did exactly what we asked for and we are very satisfied with their service. We will always call on them for this type of service.

North Valley Tree Service is a top notch company! My neighbor and I had a few trees cut down and I couldn't be more please with the final product. I'd like to give a special shout out to Crew #3 for their excellent customer service and exceptional work! It is very oblivious the crew has been well trained in their craft and utilizing safety protocols. The whole crew was fabulous to work with and represents your company very well! Calvin did a bang-up job with stump removal! If I ever need work done in the future, I will absolutely be utilizing North Valley Tree Service... you should too! I give them my highest recommendation!

Second time I hired them for my acre in Paradise and they continue to impress. Pedro, Elmer, and Dan really came through and left my trees looking safer and prettier! Andy always give a fair quote considering the work and risk involved. Amazing watching Elmer at the very top of a 90-foot Ponderosa- I didn't even think he would go that high up but there was some clean-up he wanted to do and they really know their stuff. Worth every penny. Photo is Elmer 70 feet up and rope climbing the last 20.

North Valley Tree Service came out and cleaned up a redwood top that fell in my backyard they did amazing at the removal and cleanup big thanks to Calvin for going above and beyond

We had our out of control tree trimmed by North Valley Tree service and the tree looks so good we will have them return to care for our other tress. Great crew!

From estimate to clean up North Valley Tree Service exceeded my expectations. The crew obviously takes safety seriously and that was most impressive to me. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

North valley tree service did some much needed vegetation control on Lindo along the channel. I spoke with a gentleman named Calvin who was very informative, polite and professional. Thier ability to do traffic control all while working their way up lindo safely speaks volumes! Great job north valley tree service!!

I haven't required their services but the people driving the truck almost hit us by merging into our lane while we were visibility next to them. When they swerved into our lane, they were halfway into the lane of oncoming traffic and then slammed on their breaks for a stop light that had just turned yellow.
