Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They are all about numbers and not about their customers. Rude on the phone multiple times and disrespectful and disappointing service. Beware.

Prompt same day professional service. Saved us a lot of money repairing our Kenmore Trio Fridge. Highly recommend!

Called and he was very kind and truthful about repairs on our microwave. Said we could probably buy a new one for the amount it might cost to repair. Saved his info in case we need other repairs done or change our mind about the microwave we have.

Definitely would not recommend this company. This company was called out by my home warranty company to repair my dishwasher that was leaking. I have lived in this house for 3 years and have never had a problem with the dishwasher. When the technician repair guy arrived he started the dishwasher on just a water cycle. He waited 10 minutes and said it wasn’t leaking and said there was nothing to be fixed so he left. He told me to let it finish its cycle and if it started leaking to call him and he would come right back. After another 20 minutes it started leaking again. I called the company and the dude in the office said he would call the technician back. After 2 hours I hadn’t heard from him so I called back and he said they would have to reschedule me for another day because he was already in Menifee (I live in Murrieta). Very frustrating being that I wasted my day off to be home for him for nothing to be done. I got back on their schedule a week later and the same guy showed up. The appointment was from 1-4 and he didn’t show up until 5:45. He called me when he was on his way so I started the cycle so he could see it was leaking. I used the same dishwasher pod I’ve been using for 3 years. I used the recommended amount of soap which is one pod per cycle. The tech came in and opened the dishwasher and said it’s leaking because of too much soap. I told him when you ran it last week there was no soap and it was still leaking. I told him that didn’t make any since and I wanted him to find where is was leaking from. He was here less than 10 minutes and he said he was going to go because there is nothing he can do even though it was leaking right in front of him. He was going to reach out to the home warranty company to have them send someone else for a second opinion. This company has no business working on appliances. They have no idea what they are doing clearly. Very disappointing.
