Shutting down the thermostat stopped the water from leaking. I texted Trevor, the GM of ABC Heating around 5 pm with photos and he said someone would come by tomorrow, July 25, 2024. Considering their busy schedule, Victor arrived at 10 am and diagnosed the issue - a cracked PVC pipe leading from the AC unit to the wall that caused the leak. They promptly fixed it within a couple of hours. These technicians are top-notch professionals. I appreciate having their monthly service plan, which includes regular maintenance every six months. If I have an issue, they make efforts to schedule me quickly. The problem was a faulty PVC pipe, nothing wrong with the AC unit itself.
