Joshua C came out because I had no hot water. It did not take him long to realize it was leaking. He then provided me with a couple of options , we had a very busy day with the kids sports schedules so we chose to go with the tank replace ment. The Metz crew then came and installed that night. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Overall was a great experience and will definitely call them again for any plumbing or HVAC issues.

Everyone that I have encountered at Metz has been extraordinary. Chris, Pedro, Joshua, and Jacob. A very good representation of your company. I appreciated the thoroughness, the explanations as we went along and the friendliness.

While they are pricey, they are professional, clean, and reliable. You pay for what you get. Today Max came out to check out a funky smell in the unit we got installed by Metz less than a yr ago. He found the issue quickly and cleanly resolved it. They do try to sell you the next thing, but without any pressure. Each person we dealt with along the way has been honest, comfortable, professional, and easy to talk with. Thanks Metz!

Cris from Metz Air Control came to my home for the annual inspection of my furnace and duct system. He was on time, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He explained the inspection process in detail and made some suggestions to protect the system from surges in electrical power. I was totally satisfied with his his service and the outstanding service from Metz Air Control

I got Joshua C. to have my plumbing inspection this morning. In about an hour, he checked every routing, connection, valves and drains for kitchen, bathroom, laundry, water heater and irrigation, and he will then give me the areas of concern with his advice on any repairs/repalcement works required. To ease my decision making, he also compare repair/replacement works with options in terms of cost, maintenance and latest technology. I appreciated Joshua services and arranged the subsequent works. I would recommend Metz if you are looking for plumbing inspection services.

Nathan from Metz Air Control inspected our HVAC systems and gave us reassurance that the system was operating safely after 9 years of service at a great price. He was very professional, personable and took time with us so we knew what issues could arise in the near future for our heating unit. It was a very nice experience once again to have Metz carry out maintenance service our heating and cooling systems. Our tech Max was on time, well-mannered, and pleasant to interact with. He conducted himself professionally and reported his findings with photos to us at the end of the inspections. Max spent two hours with us checking our systems and pointing out which parts to keep an eye on.

I contracted with Metz for replacement of my 11-year-old tankless hot water heater which was showing signs of malfunctioning due to age. I received a quotation for the work promptly and the installation was scheduled for a week later. The crew of Jacob Law (lead), Joshua Koontz, Chris Gonzales and Johnny Vaughn arrived right on time. Though each had a different part of the job to complete; their teamwork was evident. The job, which was predicted to take 6 hours, was completed on time. The team cleaned up the areas of my home where they had been working so well that you couldn't tell anyone had been working there. The new system has been in place for two weeks and is functioning exactly as expected. I am very happy with the level of customer service, the workmanship, the pricing and the honesty the Metz crew and office staff provided. I highly recommend Metz for plumbing services, which they recently added to HVAC and electrical (which I also recommend).

The Metz Air Control team did an outstanding job installing my new HVAC in my 1926 home! Hayden delivered the initial estimate and walked me through every detail! This was a new install so I had a ton of questions. Andrew, Armando and Johnny did the install and they did an excellent job! As always, METZ delivered with outstanding service! They sent Joe to install a vanity and sink for us. At first I thought I would do it, since it was seemingly simple and I’m fairly handy. There was an unforeseen issue with a wall that was less than flat and a drain that was not in the right place. The wizard Joe made it seem simple. Yet again another excellent experience with METZ!!! Bravo Zulu!!!

Update: 1216/2025 - Thanks Cris Dulay for performing great maintenance service today on the furnace. Glad you're apparently my regular service provider. The unit was definitely due for a check up, and I appreciate how thorough, informative, and helpful Cris was and getting things in order since the last service. He was quick, efficient, and reliable. Can't beat that!

Update: 7/11/2025 - Crus Dulay did a great job today with the annual maintenance on the outdoor A/C unit. Very informative and helpful with getting the adjustments needed. He was so quick and thorough, and encouraged maintenance on BOTH the A/C and furnace, not just one like I scheduled. His expertise was in point!!

Tim was GREAT! He represented Metz with the same professionalism, knowledge, experience, and excellent service as I have come to expect from Bryan and all of the other techs at Metz. Had maintenance check up done on the furnace, I upgraded to the recommended Respicare Filter to improve the performance of my new furnace, and also to scrub the air cleaner by adding this component. I'm really happy with the results, I'm really happy with the service, and they are always very responsive whenever there's any issue or call for service. Tim explain things to me in a simple and understandable manner that allow me to understand and make informed decisions about enhancing the system that I already have. Since I moved into my home in 2007, I have only worked with Metz for my air and heating needs, and that will continue as long as we're both around. Thanks a bunches!

I’ve been a long-time Metz Air Control customer and have always been extremely satisfied with their work and professionalism! I replaced my heater today and had Andrew, Johnny, and Mario handling the install. They did very clean work and explained everything well! I am very satisfied with my decision to have Metz handle all my HVAC needs!

We knew there was trouble when our furnace started pumping smoke out of the vents. I contacted Metz and they had someone out the next day. Jorge was amazing, showed me pictures of what things looked like in the attic where the furnace and a/c unit were. He was super knowledgeable and able to tell me exactly what year each part had been installed. The furnace was well over 25 years old, so it lived a good life. He broke things down as to what I could replace and what I should replace, along with different cost options. The system was ordered and installed within 3 business days. The main installers were Andrew and Mando and they were scheduled for 8am on Monday and they arrived a little before then, ready to work. Andrew was amazing with our dogs in the backyard and made friends with them in no time, making the install even easier. Jake and Josh came in soon after to help with the huge task of disassembling the old system and putting in the new one. It took all day, and our home and outside was left exactly like they found it. Andrew stayed late to show me the Smart Thermostat and walked me through the app so that I can now program our heat and a/c on my phone. I have used Metz numerous times before and they never disappoint. I highly recommend them for your heating and a/c needs.

I recently had an issue with my heating system, but thanks to ABC Heating, they fixed it quickly - within a few hours of contacting them. The team is always prompt, polite and expert. I appreciate their speedy response. Special kudos to Alejandro for explaining the problem clearly. I highly recommend this service without hesitation.
