My air condition technician was Cris Dulay and I think he was a considerate of the property considerate of the house considered of the carpet was considered and everything he did. He was a great guy. I really appreciate you guys sending him everything worked out just great.

Metz scheduled maintenance for A/C and plumbing inspection. Nathan did a very thorough inspection of the A/C system in my house. He showed me all the pictures and readings he obtained. Very professional and courteous. I am impressed.
Joseph did the plumbing inspection and was also very thorough and explained everything he did. Also professional and courteous. Joseph changed out a hose bib that was in bad need of repair. Very glad to have that done. I will be glad to have these gentlemen back to work in my house.

Great service. Max has been here a few times and he always documents his work, and does excellent work. He always explains what’s going on and shows us any of the parts that need replacement. He keeps his workspace clean, and puts everything back the way he found it. He knows what he’s doing, and that makes a confident client.

We were under a service agreement with another company and got a second opinion from Cris, a very experienced technician with this family owned business, Metz Air Control. We followed his recommendations and did not need to replace our entire unit. He was very thorough and documented all of his work. We appreciated his honesty and the unit is operating very well.

Very satisfied with the services provided. Got a furnace check-up from Cris, who was very friendly and helpful and willing to deal with a great many questions. He noticed some serious problems that needed to be resolved and got us an appointment in the next week. Andrew and Mando came down and did the installation. They were fast, professional, knowledgeable, and able to work around our schedule. Good service and personnel.

My dad was nervous about starting his heater that had not been run for a long time on an older home. We called Metz Air and they scheduled an appointment and came out the following day, performed a safety check service and start up on his system along with great recommendations to improve his system in the future. I am VERY pleased with the work provided by Metz technician Cris Dulay yesterday. He was thorough and efficient, checking every room vent for temp. Plus he provided good advice regarding extending my service maintenance agreement (which I did), and estimates for some suggested future work.
Cris is very personable. We chatted about military service (mine and people in his family), our backgrounds, and other topics as he worked. I felt very comfortable with him and his work was excellent. Metz, you have a keeper!!
