Recently, my Lennox AC unit (10 years and 39 days old) malfunctioned. Lennox declined to honor the warranty, which was just outside the coverage period.

I contacted several local AC companies. Eagle Air Co stood out from the start. Mark, the owner, answered my early morning call (around 7:30 AM) and was very transparent about potential costs. He explained that if the issue was a high-end blower motor, the part alone could be quite costly. Other companies I called were less helpful; some wouldn't even work on Lennox units, and others wouldn't provide any cost estimates without charging a service fee. While I understand the service fee, Eagle Air's transparency was refreshing.

Eagle Air Co's service fee was also reasonable. After setting up an appointment, I received a call from them inquiring about my military status (based on my email address). I confirmed that I am a veteran, and they offered a 10% military discount.

The service technician, Branden, arrived promptly. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty motor. He was able to confirm that the part was available. Eagle Air provided a quote, which, while higher than I hoped, was in line with the estimate Mark had given me upfront.

Eagle Air Co obtained the necessary part and returned a couple of days later. The replacement was done quickly, and my AC is now working perfectly.

I highly recommend Eagle Air Co. Their extremely fair and transparent pricing, prompt service, and professionalism are exceptional. The military discount is a Major plus (pun intended). Eagle Air Co has earned its five-star rating.

Outstanding service as always. Our service tech was friendly and professional as he fixed our broken AC. He didn't try to upsell us on unneeded services or parts, he simply explained what was going on and gave us a couple of options to remedy the issue with some advice on how to efficiently run our cooling. By the time we selected on what option to pick, I felt well informed and confident to go with one his recommendations. When he left, we had cold air exiting the registers! If we get asked who our HVAC service company is, we will pass along their contact info to anyone without hesitation.

Very happy with the Amana complete system they installed, the equipment was professionally installed, very quiet and is working great! Branden’s customer service is borderline a lost art these days. Other companies could definitely take notes from him. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he also took the time to show us a side-by-side comparison of a faulty part versus a good one—something you rarely see anymore. If I could copy and paste him into every company I deal with, I absolutely would. 10/10—would recommend Eagle Air to all my friends and family.

If I could rate a 0, I would for this company. I sat at my home for hours and no show, so I sent a text asking what happened and someone called me back and said they left me a message, which was totally untrue. I agreed to wait around another 35-40 minutes because he said tech was running beihind due to the heat and he was in route. Well an hour and 10 minutes goes by and no one is at my home and no phone call wahtsoever. I wouldn't waste my time with this company.

Brandon was prompt and on time to repair our condenser. He found the problem I. No time and had the parts needed to make the repair on the spot.

We have had multiple technicians out and the air was never forced. Jeremy came in and diagnosed the problem and provided a quote with full transparency on the details of the fix and answered every question I had. It was easy to schedule the service and the air has been working great ever since! My dad used eagle air and recommend them to me and I highly recommend to everybody!
