Our house was in desperate need of a major remodel since it was built in 1967. Guillermo Diaz and his team had to gut and totally rebuild the kitchen and 2 bathrooms.He and his team were very courteous and honest and hard working. New flooring throughout was placed plus new windows throughout. Old paneling was removed, new drywall and paint. I would seek out Guillermo’s suggestion for products and colors for walls and flooring. His suggestions were spot on. Pride of workmanship was on display. He did everything as promised. Our new bathrooms make us feel like we are in a 5 star hotel. We are so pleased with our new open kitchen. I definitely would recommend his company. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

They were very kind and fast when we first called and asked for a fence to be reinstalled. They finished on time and I payed them. After I found a couple of separation spots in the fence I called and asked for it to be fixed and they agreed but said they couldn’t come for a couple of days. I agreed that they take their time as long as they can get the job fixed.
I messaged them multiple times, with no response, and it wasn’t until I told them that I’d take it up with the Better Business Bureau that I got a txt back and he promised to come by the next day this was on 3/14/23.
It is now 4/12/23 and am still waiting for them to come and fix the gaps on the fence. We payed almost $1500 and it was not a job well done. I will update if they ever come by to fix the fence.
Customer beware.

Fueron muy amables y rápidos cuando llamamos por primera vez y pedimos que se volviera a instalar una cerca. Terminaron a tiempo y yo les pagué. Después de encontrar un par de puntos de separación en la valla, llamé y pedí que se arreglara y estuvieron de acuerdo, pero dijeron que no podían venir por un par de días. Estuve de acuerdo en que se tomaran su tiempo siempre y cuando puedan arreglar el trabajo.

Les envié mensajes varias veces, sin respuesta, y no fue hasta que les dije que lo tomaría con el Better Business Bureau que recibí un mensaje de texto y él prometió venir al día siguiente, esto fue el 14/3/23.

Ahora es el 12/4 23 y todavía estoy esperando a que vengan y arreglen los huecos en la valla. Pagamos casi 1500 dólares y no fue un trabajo bien hecho. Actualizaré si alguna vez vienen a arreglar la valla.

We’re absolutely thrilled with CSL Quality Construction Inc. Vanessa and Cande led a full-scale remodel of our 4-bedroom, 2-bath home and touched every single part of it—down to the studs. They completed the entire project in exactly two months, on time and on budget. The work included removing two walls, installing a load-bearing beam and skylights, gutting and remodeling both bathrooms and our kitchen (including building a massive island that feels more like a continent), resurfacing every wall, redoing all the flooring, upgrading the electrical, and adding custom cabinetry and pocket doors throughout. Their pricing was fair and transparent, communication was prompt, and the entire crew was professional, kind, and hardworking—so much so that even our neighbors took notice. CSL brought our vision to life with care, precision, and heart. We were so impressed that we’ve already hired them for our exterior remodel. Give them the chance to bid—you won’t regret it.

I would have given this company 4 stars except for one Item: They remodeled my bathroom at a cost of $33000.00. WOW! Everything was fine except for one item. A recirculating water pump for instant hot water in the bathroom that retails for $500.00 plus installation. The pump has never worked properly. Over a year has passed and despite many requests for repair of the pump Jason & Co. still haven't fixed the pump and the pumps warranty will expire soon. Jason etc. will not answer my emails or return my phone calls. So, if you don't mind being ignored by Jason etc. after you pay them for the work and don't expect Jason to keep his promises to take care of any problems showing up after you pay him, then go for it.

My Mom and I(Robin) are very happy with the work Jason and S.D. Walkintubs Inc. provided for our family. We usually shy away from having work done in the house while We are still living in the home. But I must say Jasons team was mindful of my concerns and brought in all the items he would need so the running in and out was brought to a minimum. (That is so important to me). He also encouraged my family and I to watch (our choice) some of the work that was being done. We had a new toilet installed and a walk-in-tub installed. My major concern was my extensive tile work and how much of the tile would get interrupted . I was pleasantly surprised to know that any tile that was disturbed would be replaced. (Jason did find the exacted tile at Home Depot).and all tile was replaced as needed. I am impressed and would recommend Jason and San Diego Walk-in-Tubs to anyone that's looking for this type of work. Neat,Clean and Swift installation of my unit and great replacement of my tile work that was necessary to accomplish the work. I was impressed.

After years of seeing TV commercials for walk-in tubs, the time came to seriously consider putting one in our house. All the companies you've seen on TV can't hold a candle to San Diego Walk-In Tubs and Jason Goodall in particular. From the mobile showroom that enables you to actually sit in several different models so you know what you're getting, to the start-to-finish service, San Diego Walk-In Tubs sets itself apart from all the others.

The overall project from demo to full install was done quickly. Every day they laid down tarps to protect flooring and used an exhaust fan to draw out as much fine construction dust as possible. Each night they cleaned up the bathroom so that it was usable overnight. Jason was on-site several times to see how the project was going and was never more than a phone call or email away if there were any questions or issues. We are very particular when it comes to our home, so this attention to detail was much appreciated.

Having read other reviews for this company, I had a pretty high expectation. That said, I am well aware that unexpected things always arise and this project was no different. What was different was how responsive Jason was to addressing the issues. After the final day was done and the final check written, we came across some things that couldn't have been noticed until using the new tub for the first time. With other companies, you will get the run-around and find that responsiveness drops way down once the bill is paid. That was NOT the case with Jason. He was super responsive to every issue I brought up and worked tirelessly to make sure he addressed each one to my satisfaction. There was no delay, no run-around, no 'extra' charges. I think that is one of the things that most impressed me about working with Jason and San Diego Walk-In Tubs.
