Our carpet was in bad shape because of our pets, but he took care of everything and even went the extra mile. They also guarantee their work and will come back for free if needed. My dogs kept having accidents in the back room, so Luis cleaned both sides of the carpet and even took care of the padding underneath by lifting the carpet, cleaning the underside, and the padding itself.
