We've used a number of tree removal services in the past, but among them, Joe's Tree Service is the best one by far. Usually I do not write a review unless I receive excellent service and wow factors. I hired Joel and his crew to remove big 7 queen palm trees including stamp grinding, one bird paradise cut and 9 palm tees to be trimmed. They crew arrived on time, professional individuals. They did a outstanding service with a very reasonable price. I recommend this company with no doubt when it comes to tree business work. They are great people and they know their job well.

I would recommend Joel's Tree Service for your palm tree trimming and debris haul away needs. They responded quickly to my request for an estimate to trim 3 queen palms. The estimate was fair and reasonable. I got on their schedule and a team of 3 men arrived on time and ready to go. It took about 1 hour. They were followed by a clean up crew that was fast and efficient. I'd definitely use Joel's again for tree, plant and yard services.

Don’t recommend - also don’t appreciate that they leave their flyers shoved in car door handles scratching the paint

Joel came the same day we called and gave us a price he scheduled us just a few days later. We had a bunch of pepper trees to cut down. He sent 8 guys and they cut and cleaned up best they could . I recommend this company !!!

Very professional. Gave a free estimate and was timely. Trimmed 19 Italian cypress trees. Workers dressed professionally along with nice equipment. Good communication and pleased with the results. Will be referring to others!

Great tree service. Will use them again. Clean, courteous, professional, and respectful. We had trees on a corner property lines that needed to come down. Joel’s team did a great job making sure not only our yard but all the neighbors yards were clean after the trees came down.

Joel’s crew did an excellent job removing a very tall tree, several surrounding bushes, and then grinding the stumps afterwards and leaving no trace. I highly recommend their services!

I want to share my recent experience with this business. There was a miscommunication regarding the price of the service, and unfortunately, nothing was written down beforehand. When I realized the misunderstanding, I approached the owner in good faith to explain the situation and hoped we could reach a fair compromise so neither of us would lose out.

Instead of working toward a solution, the owner immediately accused me of lying, trying to cheat him, and lacking integrity. He became combative and dismissive, even though I was only trying to resolve the matter reasonably. He continued to say I was dishonest and that he was right, which made it clear the conversation was going nowhere.

Out of respect for his employees—who truly worked hard and were not at fault—I decided to pay the full amount. I told the owner I would leave an honest review of my experience, and he became offended even after receiving full payment.

This was a very disappointing and unprofessional interaction. While I respect the effort of his crew, my experience with the owner was negative, and I feel it’s important to share in case others encounter a similar pattern.
