What a find!!!!!
I found Carlos on google Friday 12/2. I needed my main house drain and my main landscape drains cleaned out. Carlos came today with his son Jason Saturday 12/3 and completed both projects immediately. He was on time. He then out lined his procedures for both projects and completed them within two hours. He was very professional, knowledgeable and he takes pride in his work. I would totally use him again. My wife who is a realtor plans on using him for her future inspections. This company is 5 star.

Very honest and reliable company. I was very impressed. Carlos worked diligently for several hours to resolve the problem that another plumber was unable to fix. Despite it taking longer than expected and requiring additional work he did not charge more than his original quote. I highly recommend this company.

I have worked with many companies—good, bad, mediocre, and everything in between—but I have never encountered such a professional, humble, and knowledgeable individual as Carlos Martinez and his son. They are incredibly punctual, have no hidden prices, and possess extensive knowledge. Carlos spends the time to ensure my client was worry-free. Carlos was able to clean out our yard drainage system the same day I called. Very professional and after finding a damaged section he went the extra mile and found someone that repaired our pipe. He followed up with further jetting once the pipe was opened for repair two days later. Highly recommend Carlos and CM Jetting!

Carlos worked diligently for several hours to resolve a stubborn root issue, using the right tools and a camera to ensure everything was done properly. Carlos came out after I accidentally flushed 5 of my rings down the toilet. Other companies declined to help or just didn't show, but Carlos was on time and spent hours in our bathroom where he retrieved my engagement ring. He also ended up cleaning the line with pressurized water and sucking out any debris from our cast iron pipes to retrieve other rings. All in all, he was able to find 4 of my 5 rings, plus our line is now super clean. We are so grateful to him and his wife for their time and efforts to get them back. Highly recommend and will definitely use his services again!

The Dr (Adrian). showed up within an hour of my call. He got my hot water leak taken care of. He was neat, clean and professional!

Oliver was it plumber that answered our phone call quickly and showed up to or house within an hour or so to take care of a leak. He is bilingual, professional, cleaned up everything after he was done and explained the whole process. Would highly recommend!

DR. HOUSE COMPANY took out a bathtub and put in a new one, retiled the walls and fixed the floor--because the floor had to be adjusted, which worked out fine. It was my first time using them and they were punctual, they cleaned up and they were friendly and quiet.
I would call them again simply because the experience was pretty easy. I interviewed a couple other people and DR. HOUSE COMPANY just seemed to know what they were doing. And the price was good and the work turned out fine.

We had a gas leak that needed immediate attention. I called a heavily advertised
Plumbing Company, let’s just say they wanted an arm and a leg for the work that needed to be done plus a day in a half. The Team Adrian completed the work in 1.5 hour the next day we needed the SDGE tech to sign off when that happened I called Marisol their dispatcher she sent a different team to connect all the necessary parts and we were done. The longest wait was for SDGE. To sign off on the work completed. Thank you Dr Plummer I will definitely recommend you to my friends. The price was right as well

Did Google search, noticed that Dr. House Plumbing has 5 Star rating. Used the chat to ask for a price, Oliver was nearby the area and he offered to come by for an estimate. Price was below other competitor's. Very friendly and knowledgeable with over 12 years of experience. He was also bilingual, provide detailed explanation of the issue. Used hi-quality replacement parts. Would highly recommend Dr. House Plumbing. Also mentioned some other services that was on special this month.

Excellent and responsive service, with no extra cost after regular work hours. Oliver was very professional and took the time to explain what he would be doing to fix a couple of plumbing issues in my home. I would call him again and recommend his company to friends and family.

What can I say Oliver and team were very professional and explained every option available. We had a root intrusion and years of grease built up in our 100 year old cast iron pipe. Oliver gave us options and we are glad we went with them his team was honest respectful and took care of our house in a timely manner. After searching for the right handyman service company, I stumbled upon Dr House Company. Oliver was very flexible with my tenant’s schedule. Although a simple job (for him), he was very reasonable on the price and he did an amazing job. I highly recommend him for any projects or handyman services for the “home” as he is very attentive, knowledgeable, professional, and reasonable.

Great service all around. From initial reply, to scheduling, to updates on date of arrival, to completing the work. Although it wasn't a big job, it was important to me - Adrian and his assistance made it "a priority" to do it right and exceed my expectation.
I have added their number to my contacts for when I need a plumber in the future - which I know I will.
