When my old water heater stopped working, I was kind of in a panic. But Oliver came through big time—he showed up quickly and got a temporary water heater installed so I wasn’t stuck without hot water. That gave me the time I needed to reach out to the company and sort out the warranty without feeling rushed. Super helpful and honestly such a relief in the moment.

A few days later, Adrian came out to install the new tankless water heater, and he was just as great. He handled everything smoothly, explained how the new system works in a way that made total sense, and made sure everything was cleaned up perfectly before he left. The install looks super clean and professional, and the new system has been working like a dream—hot water instantly and no more running out.

We had dr house inc instal reverse osmosis in our sink. They installed perfectly and also found that one of our outlets was wired incorrectly so they had an electrician come out to fix that as well. Incredibly convenient and efficient!

Paola has excellent customer service, professionalism and is very articulate when explaining the process. She responded quickly and worked to solve my issue quickly. Angel got here promptly and did an excellent job and took the time to explain everything and was very professional, and polite even though it was 10:00 pm and I'm sure he was tired from working all day.
