I was in the market for some faucet handles old style by the Crane brand and 5 other companies didn't carry what I was looking for but one of them told me where to go and I ended up here and Valley Industrial Specialties and they have what I was looking for and that really made my day and I told the guy at the counter I'm so glad and now I know where to go for any parts for my home since it was built-in the fifties.

I will never go back to this establishment ever again. I will never recommend you to visit and listen to the cursing and volger language the staff uses. They talk bad about customers once they leave in front of waiting customers. They present themselves with a lack of professionalism and service to the customer. I'm sure the company's loosing repeat customers and revenue for the owners.

After 7 visits to the home depo one visit to Dixieline lumber and 1 visit to Ferguson plumbing i was referred to this place and in a matter of 3 minutes the fella gave me the parts i needed. Its only 7 miles from downtown San Diego. Go there first. I was looking for a some part to hook the portable dishwasher to the sink faucet, spray nozzle. Done and done! 💪

My back-to-back tubs were clogged, so I called this company for an estimate. After the work was done, they raised the price, claiming it was because there were two showers—even though that had already been considered in the original quote.

They also told me my pipes were very corroded and quoted $5,000 to dig underneath and replace them. On top of that, they said the clog was only temporarily fixed, even though the water was still draining very slowly when they left.

The next day I had to call another plumber, who fixed the clog from a different access point and got the water draining normally.

I spoke with the owner for about an hour, and he said he would compensate me by running a camera down the lines. After multiple attempts to schedule it—and several excuses such as being out of town or too busy—he never followed through.

Drainhelp is an awesome company! He’s always taken care of multiple plumbing issues, and he even came to my rescue during emergency repairs. That’s what I love most about his company. His rates are very reasonable and honest. I own and operate several food establishments, and we often run into plumbing problems. Ali is the only one who has ever come the same day to fix really big problems, and that’s what I appreciate the most! I would highly recommend this company. Thank you, Ali!

Ali quickly responded to a call for a blocked sewer line. It was a much bigger job than expected, but he got us up and running. The second time was this last week. He and his crew came out and started on a Sunday and was finished on a Tuesday. Instead of Jack hammering out my Concrete slab to get to the pipes, they went underneath my home and replaced a 60 year old section of cast iron with new pipe. I’m so thankful that he once again responded to an immediate pipe failure and got us up and running.
