Wow! Many words can describe Oliver and his team but the word that comes to mind for me is trustworthy! Him and his team did such a great job and kept me updated throughout the whole process! I’ll definitely be using Dr. House Inc for any plumbing issues in the future.

I was at work and my water heater burst over the weekend at 6am My wife was home and i was unable to leave my job right away. We rent and called our emergency maintenance line, who then reached out to this company or is contracted with them. (Not sure which) Either way a technician promptly arrived and shut off the water, and assured my wife that once the store opened we would have installation guys back to replace the unit. Not only were they able to secure a new water heater earlier than expected, they were able to obtain a larger one for our needs. The repairs were completed by noon that same day. Everyone we dealt with was polite, professional, and extremely courteous. Cannot recommend this company enough.

Adrian did a fantastic job with my kitchen! Not only he was prompt in arriving and helping me the same day but was very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. It it is hard to find good plumbers you cam trust, I highly recommend! Very professional.

We are very satisfied with Dr. House Plumbing. They replaced all the gas, water and sewer lines at our 86 year old home. It was hard work and they were very diligent in getting the job completed. The plumbers were all professional, friendly and answered our questions. They gave us good advice and we are glad that we chose Dr. House and can recommend them for any plumbing need.

Oliver was great to work with, he took the time to diagnose the issue with our sewer clog and not just recommend work to get the job. He was clean, on time and a great communicator. Other companies tried to tell me how to fix my sewer without even looking at it and with a giant price tag, non of which was required. I’ll have no hesitation using him again for my rental properties or my main residence.

Came home from a great Saturday night only to find my water heater leaking inside my garage (not to code) Not only was Dr. House super responsive and communicative, but the professionalism and follow through on the job exceeded expectations (a rare thing in southern California). Dr. House Plumbing went above and beyond on a late weekend night to diagnose, and pull out the faulty water heater making sure we at least had water for the evening. Then made a call the next morning to have his supply shop open up on a Sunday to obtain a high-quality water heater for install. Further they noticed my original water heater was not to code, so they made sure the new one was. I cannot say enough great things about them and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone whether it is routine service or emergencies.

Oliver Gamez and Aaron, Fernando, and Roberto took great care of me solving multiple plumbing issues. Oliver explained to me all that he needed to do and his guys took care of it. They were all respectful, courteous, and thoroughly cleaned up after the jobs were done. I highly recommend Dr. House plumbing.

Dr. House, thank you! My kitchen sink wasn't draining, and I tried to fix it myself with the tools I had, but I couldn't get it sorted. I called, and he showed up at my house in less than an hour on a Monday evening. When the doorbell rang, I joked to my wife that it wasn't the plumber because he was dressed too nicely. It turns out he left his dinner to come and help me, and he brought one of his technicians with him. They were great guys, very personable and professional, and they fixed the issue quickly and at the best price. Thanks again! I would recommend them to anyone and will call them again next time.

These guys are absolute rock stars! When I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom that could have potentially damaged my entire house and left us without water, I reached out to Dr. House Inc. Marisol, who took my call, was incredibly sympathetic and promised to call me back within 15 minutes to arrange for a technician to come out. Remarkably, she called back in just 10 minutes to inform me that a plumber would be arriving in 20 minutes. I tried calling four other local plumbers, but none of them bothered to return my call. Oliver, the plumber sent by Dr. House Inc., even stopped his current job to address our urgent matter. He promptly located the leaks, fixed them, and didn't leave until everything was sorted. His team was courteous to my family and left the place spotless. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Exceptional customer service and top-notch technicians!

5 stars!!! I had multiple plumbers come and give estimates and not only was Dr House the best deal, but they spent the most time diagnosing the problem and telling me exactly how to fix it. I had a some gunk build up in one of my cast iron pipes, Oliver and Adrain replaced my pipes, hydro flushed and descaled my whole house. They also replaced my kitchen sink plumbing.

A week later, the kitchen sink plumbing had a small leak and Adrian came over in less than 20 minutes and immediately fixed it. Amazing customer service. Adrian and Oliver will be my plumber moving forward. Highly recommend!!

The team was able to come out quickly for an urgent situation late on a Friday. Even though my pipe situation was a little complex due to old pipes, they were able to fix the leak. Everyone was very respectful, courteous, and thorough in explaining what was happening or going to happen. I am grateful for the service they provided in a pinch and plan to use them for future needs!

I had a leak in the middle of the night, 2AM, coming from my 2nd floor bathroom, I was stressed out and called these guys, they came out right away. They got everything under control quickly and were very professional. Super impressed with the quality of work and how prepared they were even at that hour. I highly recommend this company to anyone dealing with leaks or water damage. Truly saved the day and my house!

I really recommend Dr House Inc's services. Harold and Octavio showed up quickly to my house to fix and contained a clogged toilet that overflowed-emergency situation last week, the service was done on time and the area was cleaned and sanitized immediately. The incident happened late Friday afternoon and they did not shy away to doing all that was needed to get the job done right. They were very professional, experienced and respectful and made this unfortunate situation manageable, they made sure to explain what they were doing and what needed to be done in detail. We really appreciated all they did as this is not an easy job.
They also came by the next morning to review the area and continue to disinfect and make sure all was progressing positively. They keep us up to date and they are very responsive and attentive to all questions and concerns we had. Definitely a great contact to have handy.
