Servpro did our remediation after the Eaton fire in Altadena. This company delivered what was agreed upon in the time frame and with professional care if they were working on their own home.
Jacob did everything he said and all ways available by phone earlier morning and late evening. This fire was horrible situation too go though but the friendly support of my Servpro team under Jacob made this process of recovery much easier.
I highly recommend Servpro.

We had flooring put in 2 yrs ago. The foundation was not prepped correctly and caused mold under the flooring.
Servpro was recommended to us. They came out within 48 hours and had the estimate in 24 hours.
The crew Aldo, Derek, and Miguel showed up on time each day. They prepped all areas to keep down dust and debris. After all was complete they cleaned, vacuumed the area, and wiped down all walls and fans.
The work was impeccable. The mold is gone and so is the smell. Great guys. They are what gives this company a good name.

The guys at ServPro are top notch. They were out at our house extremely fast to do our home inspection to assess what would be needed. The inspector (Charles) was very thorough and took about two hours. Our insurance was the only thing holding up getting things started, but as soon as insurance approved repairs, Jacob said they could be out to start the next day. The crew (Tomas, Augie, Aldo, Richard, and Chase) were very professional and went above and beyond. I didn't know they would be bringing boxes etc and would help pack everything up, so that was a pleasant surprise. They have been very respectful of our home and laid out liner on top of our flooring so they wouldn't cause any damage during demolition of other areas. They've also been great about our dogs being inside. If you're considering using ServPro, give them a call.

Our two story house had water leak out through the first floor ceiling from a bathtub left running. We were fortunately home and were able to react fairly quick but was able to see the spread of water on the second floor. We called ServPro and they were out there in a short time that night to begin drying and removing the carpet pads that soaked up the water. They came out frequently to check for moisture and took out their equipment later that week. Their communication was great, the reaction team was great, and everything was done well and professional. Hopefully we don't need them again, but if we do, I won't hesitate to call them next time.

Augie did an amazing job at keeping me informed thru out the whole process..every day he communicated with me over the phone as well as text messages .. They pack my stuff up really nice and put it to the side.. all the work they did looked amazing super professional. They also protected all my floors as well and never left any mess behind..I would 100% recommend me to anyone having to go thru this. Way to go Serpro!

ServPro came out right away to assess my damage, as well as get in there ASAP with fans. Miguel and Auggie were the main crew, and were always professional, respectful, and courteous. They were always quick to answer any questions that I had. Warren and Santos were the closing crew and were also great to work with. This company saved me from having some lasting water damage.

Dwayne has a great team. Nothing but good things to say about them. Miguel & Santos came on a Saturday to start on my water damage issue in my house. They worked very fast and efficient. Then the following week Miguel & Derek finished the demo in record time. They did nice, clean and time efficient work. Stay Far Away from This Company—They Traumatized My Family
What began as a routine mold remediation job quickly turned into a nightmare. This company was hired to remove mold-contaminated ducting from our AC unit. At first, things seemed fine—Leo and Manuel, the initial workers, were courteous and professional. But that calm was shattered when two additional workers, Chase and Marvin, arrived.
Some time went by as work progressed but right as it started to come to an end, a full-blown fight erupted inside our home. Yelling, swearing, and physical aggression broke out between the workers—my wife and son were in the next rooms scared of what was going on. My wife, terrified, texted me from inside the house while I was outside trying to make a phone call, overwhelmed by the chaos. My son was in the next room, exposed to this violent outburst.
I rushed inside to find a scene no homeowner should ever witness. Leo, who appeared to be the site manager, tried to downplay the situation as “blowing off steam.” But the shouting only escalated. The profanity and aggression were so intense I told them that they need to take it outside and not to come back.
This wasn’t just unprofessional—it was traumatic. My wife was shaken, my son frightened, and our home violated by a team that clearly lacked control, discipline, and respect. I’ve never seen such a disgraceful display from a company entrusted with our safety.
I’ve reported all four individuals to the company and to our insurance provider, who hired them. I’m now exploring legal options to hold them accountable for the emotional distress and breach of trust they inflicted on my family.
No one should have to endure what we did. If you value your home, your peace of mind, and your family’s safety—stay far away from this company.

You guys do a good job except when you recommended Buildpro to patch our sheet rock which you removed to check for molds. Buildpro sent different people for sheet rock, different people for painting, another set of people just to do the baseboards. No one showed up for our chandelier. We already paid off everything but did not finish the job. We paid 4k which was a rip off. They even left uncovered outlets. What kind of job is this? We trusted your recommendation, but it was such a lousy repair work from Buildpro that we have ever encountered. Never use Buildpro if Servpro recommends them.
