very professional and very quick to respond. I had a flood on the weekend and they showed up that day to set up fans. I was very impressed with how they run this business. I feel like customer service is lost nowadays, but I really felt like I mattered and was a priority. I had flooding in my bathroom and the woman on the phone was very sweet and so helpful! They had a team out there that day to get everything cleaned up and dried out! I cannot recommend them enough and would definitely call them again if I need to.

Derek and Auggie took care of my ceiling today. This was one of the best jobs I have ever seen! Derek and Auggie were parked right in front of my house at 8:00 AM sharp and ready to go. I recently had ServPro Clovis do mold eradication in my condo. When it was completed technicians Nash and Augie unsealed the areas that had been cleaned. I though this would only take a few minutes but they spent several hours. The took down all the tarps, disposed of the materials, and then put new tarps up in areas that have to be reconstructed. They were both professional and efficient at their jobs. I highly recommend this business.

The whole crew was very good at what they do. They worked diligently to try to finish as soon as possible. They were sensitive to our emotional situation. Jacob, Jorge, Richard, David, Ray and the rest of the crew made sure everything was inventoried, cleaned and packaged with care. I give them 5 stars.

Broken sprinkler head next to house with lots of water coming into bedroom and closet. ServPro was quick to set up necessary appointments and Miguel and Aldo did a fantastic job of cleaning up all of the wet walls and flooring. They were super careful with all of the furnishings and communicated every step of the way. I absolutely recommend ServPro.

Very nice and polite staff. I work full time and don't have much time to take care of house cleaning. Scheduled appt easily . Was very happy with services done and will be scheduling a regular bi weekly service with them. When doing walk through after service was done. I couldn't find any issues to bring up and has very happy with that.

If my house ever floods again, I hope they send Justin, Augie, Derek, Juan, and Brandon. Justin was fast on the scene, thorough in his investigation, and had his crew on site quick. While Augie and Derek pulled kiddie pools worth of water out of the carpet they explained what they were doing, my options, and put up with a frazzled guy running on goldfish crackers and fumes. Juan and Brandon were very accommodating with my weird schedule and helped me feel better by coming out multiple times to monitor the drying. Every time there was a choice to be made about anything important, it was well explained and professionally handled. Thank you guys so much, I hope to never need you to pump water out of my house again, but I am keeping you on speed dial!

I want to start by saying that Jacob Jesurum is an absolute gem!!!

My mother and I were impressed with his ability to be kind, calm, empathetic, patient, and understanding, all while doing a wonderful job in coordinating the intense effort of working with the insurance company, different adjusters, and the ups and downs of helping us navigate through the devastation of the post Eaton fire clean up.

I also want to mention Auggie, Raymond, Daniel, Nash, and their amazing crews who did an awesome job cleaning the house from the inside out along with the many textiles that they got together for us.

I wish I remembered the names of the rest of the men in their crews to recognize how kind, respectful, thorough, and consistent they were, but just know, they were amazing too!!!

I also appreciate that they are all down-to-earth and hard-working young men.
It's rare these days to encounter respectful, patient, and kind young people, and I loved our experience with them!!!!
