Came out same day, very friendly, professional and my sofas look like new again. Sometimes you see an overwhelming percentage of 5 star reviews on a page and wonder if it's just all friends and family. I am happy to say that they are well earned. Juan Carlos did a great job on our carpet. We had bought a new house and there were some stubborn stains from the previous owners. He was able to get the dark spots out that another carpet guy wasn't able to. He is very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend him and will use his services in the future.

JC is the owner of the business. He is very fast at responding to our questions and provided us knowledge on how his cleaning process. Last week, he did our carpets for a good price. It is pricier than other companies but the YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET! Great quality and the best thing was, he even came back to go over a area that didn’t dry properly for us. Feels good to invest in a Small Business in town that put in the work to get it done the first time through. Will definitely use him again in the future.

UPDATED REVIEW:

We ended up replacing the master bedroom carpet. In our previous review, the carpet didn’t dry properly, and he came back to try to fix the problem. (He was friendly and came by hence the 1 star and he tried to come back and fix the problem, Hence for the second star)But it didn’t fix it. The carpet was very wet the first time he cleaned it. Doing it again the second time, made it worse. And we followed all the proper drying instructions the first time he came by. We left the windows open, fan running, and had air running in the house for better circulation...updating my review because we ended up replacing our master bedroom carpet. We honestly needed to probably replace another room because there’s a slight smell in there but we will see.. also , he told my husband a price over the phone the first time he came by. He said $150 for all the room no matter what size . And when he got here, he said $180 because our master was a bit larger than he thought... again, we let it go because we really needed our carpets cleaned . Hate to be updating my review on a locally owned business especially because we try to support local businesses. But I know if I was looking for a review on a place, I would like to be informed of an honest review.

Based on the reviews, I decided to hire him to deep clean the sofas and tile, and to remove the cat presence from before. Impressed with the professionalism and quality of work. He doesn’t rush and truly cares about the end product. Will definitely hire him again next year.

Excellent customer service. The owner is professional from the initial contact, while performing the service, and after the service is complete. He spent. 3 hours on my carpet and guarantees his service or he will come back. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to try and ensure the most cleanliness and deodorized carpet.

My appointment was 9:30 am. He showed up at 1:15, then increased the rate after giving me a quote of $65/per room. I will never recommend this company. No regard for my time, but definitely worried about his bottom line. Shame on you!!

We asked for deep cleaning on carpet for pet removal odor/stains and delivered w excellence. Greatly appreciate that he saw rust also on carpet from file cabinet when we moved it and he kindly took care of it, he pays close attention to details. Despite Ive vacuumed not long before he came to clean our carpets, he showed us the amount of filth that came out and im glad we contacted the company to get carpet cleaned. Professional & friendly individuals. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have their carpets spotless. They came in on time, and got our whole apartment done in less then an hour, not to mention the hassle they had to go through because we were on a 2nd story apartment with very limited access. They adapted and overcame, which left us as very happy customers.

I cannot say how grateful I am to have found this company! My master bedroom carpet was dingy and gross overall. No matter what I tried myself, I couldn’t even get the results that Juan did. He got everything looking brand new and back to the original softness! 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone that needs a good cleaning for their carpets!

I had all my mattresses cleaned by this company, I was a bit hesitant to get them cleaned as I thought the stains wouldn’t be removed, but this guy done an excellent job and the mattresses are like new now, he was very professional and responded to my enquiry straight away. He is professional and courteous. The prices are excellent and I will be using him again for all my carpet and upholstery cleaning services. If you want a reliable and well priced company then use this company you won’t be disappointed.

This company is fabulous. Pleasant to work with , they work fast, but do an excellent job.

I have dogs and cats. I couldn't believe how much hair they were able to get out of the rugs.If you have pets these are the guys to hire.
They are reasonable priced too.

We really needed our carpets cleaned because we have a new puppy. So we called to see if they had any openings. Luckily someone had canceled and we were able to take their spot for same day service. They arrived within a couple of hours and talked me through the services/price. Let me tell you that it was well worth it. My carpets look like new again and smell so good. Went for the Dog Urine treatments too and they are all gone. Would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.
