JC was amazing. We had our tile floors professionally cleaned and they turned out amazing. So much dirt came up. We would definitely recommend this company for your floor cleaning needs 😊

Personally I don't think it's worth the money.

In my conversation I wanted them to focus on removing excess soap from the carpet and deoderizing, but neither were accomplished, I was told it would dry in 3-5 hours and it stayed wet 12 hrs after, I had to run a wet vac over the whole thing the next morning and then rub the whole thing with 7 towels to get it semi dry and the towels were soaked just by running them through.

They did great work, we had them do our carpets and our couch and both turned out great! The carpets are old and needed some help, they made them look quite a bit better and got us some more life out of them. Fair prices and quick service!

Deep Cleaning solutions did an amazing job with my move out carpet cleaning. They restored the carpet and made it look brand new. I liked them so much that I will be hiring them to clean another apartment as well because they did a thorough job. I bought an older home that still has a wood-burning fireplace insert. Not knowing how long it had been since the chimney had been cleaned I thought I would get it done. After asking friends for recommendations, the name Lint Sweep was mentioned. I gave them a call, set a date & time and, as promised, a professional team showed up! My wife was concerned about dust and getting ash on our new furniture. I have to tell you, these guys took care of every concern and were very punctual. I wholeheartedly give my recommendation. Arrived on time. Had to climb on roof to clean difficult chimney cap that was clogged. When I asked if the original quote on cost was adequate to the extra work, he stuck to the original quote. Cleaned up everything before leaving. Would definitely recommend and plan to ask back annually. 5 stars.

Very bad customer service. I had a scheduled window appointment and they agreed to call me when they were on their way so I could meet them at my house. They never called me. No phone call like they said. I was at work waiting for a call I never got. I went home on my lunch break and called them. Left a voice mail asking what was going on and ASKED FOR A RETURN CALL. No return call. Instead they send me a Facebook message request saying they got to my house early & I wasn't home. Yea I'm not home. You agreed to call me and tell me when u were on your way. You didn't. No call. No return call. Then u show up after my scheduled time window without telling me & leave a coupon on my door. Very unprofessional. Waste of time.
