Great service!! Chris was able to clean the mold from our roof for our insurance company, and also made my sidewalks and cement around the pool area look brand new all within about 2 hours. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had some moss or algae on our roof. I wanted a company that was licensed and insured. Contacted Chris at Perfectus Pressure Wash. He came out to look at it and took his drone up to get some good detail at what he would be facing. I hired him to take care of it. He was very professional and showed up on time. Sent me the before and after pictures. The roof looks great. I would highly recommend.

I contacted Perfectus Pressure Wash to clean our roof. Chris came by same day to check out the roof and gave us a reasonable estimate. Two days later, Chris and David showed up on time, were friendly and professional, and provided excellent service. I can't believe the before and after! The roof looks new again. So happy with the results.

Perfectus Pressure Wash stands by their name!!! Chris does a perfect job, very professional, punctual, and his work is priceless. Chris and his worker cleaned our solar panels, helped us put up a bird netting around the panels, and cleaned our new cement to prep it to be sealed. Chris’s professional knowledge about pressure washing is outstanding. He uses high quality equipment with only the best materials for his customers.

We had an incredible experience working with Chris and his team at Perfectus Pressure Wash. We requested bids on a few different services for our home, they are local and were prompt in replying. The bids were detailed, well explained and most importantly honest, as we have a difficult two story pitched roof. The work exceeded expectations, in a timely manner, the communication was frequent and accurate, which was appreciated! Got to love a hard working local team that has a contractors license from the state board and is well insured! Looking forward to using them again!

Chris and his partner just did a great job on my roof…removing moss, adding chemicals to kill growth and slow down future growth.
I also had them clean my solar panels while they were up there.
Plan on using them again in the future to clean my stucco and siding, as well as my driveway and patio and pool decking in the backyard.
Chris and his partner are very professional and easy to work with.
Chris was very responsive to my communication and answered any questions I had.

Cris and Nieto did an Amazing Job! My Insurance company flew a drone over my home and said there was moss /alge on my roof and sent me a letter stating they are going to cancel my policy unless I get it cleaned. I googled roof cleaning and Perfectus Pressure Wash popped up. Before I could put my phone down Cris called me and said he was on his way to come give me an estimate. After a quick thorough inspection we were able to agree to do business. The end result was fantastic my family and I could not be more happier. We feel like we have a New home it came out sooo clean.
