SafeSmart Dryer Vent Services is one of the best businesses I've ever hired. The technician, Carl Jones, was very professional, kind and knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain things to me too and gave me pointers on how to keep my dryer working more efficiently. Plus, the cost of his service was very reasonable for what had to be done. I will use his services again and always recommend his company.

Carl was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He answered the phone on the first phone call I made and answered any questions I may have and was super helpful. I was ready to book with him before he even told me the price! Booking was incredibly easy and communication period was seamless as well. He asked if he could come about 30 minutes early and that worked great for us. Upon arrival he was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Carl made a point to tell me he wouldn’t charge me for something I didn’t need i.e., an internal dryer clean and we did not end up needing one after all, he cleaned everything up and left it spotless. He replaced the vent tube as well. We received an invoice and receipt, with photos attached of the work he did too. Highly highly recommend Carl with SafeSmartVent.

He came on time and got right to work. He cleaned the dryer vent of the lint buildup in a timely fashion and even got up on the roof to clean the vent thoroughly. I highly recommend his service!

Mr. Jones kept me posted about his arrival time for the appointment. He did a wonderful job cleaning the dryer, replacing the exhaust hose and outside vent fixture. He took his time, told me what he was doing, and charged a very reasonable price. I highly recommend his service.

He even fixed the front of my dryer so the door would open more. Also fixed a problem with my new washer top which he did not have to do. SafeSmart Carl was: on time, cleaned the dryer vent in the laundry room then got on the roof to clean out the roof vent. It took about an hour. The dryer is working GREAT now and Carl sent me pix of all the lint/debris he vacuumed out! He also shared suggestions on how to maintain the lint filter from now on! He did a GREAT JOB!

Safe Smart Dryer has to be the most professional company I have used in a long time. The appointment was quickly scheduled, and I received text updates until my appointment time. Excellent service from Carl. He is courteous, friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. He explains what is going on, will give you some tips about your dryer, and will answer questions you may have. He even takes before and after pictures to show you. We appreciate his efficiency and how he got straight to the point and didn't add/say any more unnecessary things (if you know what I mean lol).
