Great experience working with Carl at SafeSmart Dryer Vent Service. I would fully recommend this company for anyone that needs their dryer vent cleaned. Communication was great and pricing was clear from the start. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time. I appreciate the pictures he sent of what was cleaned out of the dryer vent line and was a little shocked at how much lint was accumulated in the vent. This is a must-do service for anyone that just purchased a new-to-them home.

I've lived in my house for 20 years and although I knew lint buildup in the dryer and vent was one of the leading causes of house fires, I kept putting this much-needed maintenance service off. That being said, it was no surprise my front-load dryer wasn't performing up to par and hadn't been in at least 9-10 of the 12 years I've had it. After reading all the (well-deserved) 5-Star SafeSmart reviews, I knew SafeSmart's Carl Jones was the man to call. I made an appointment online and Carl not only arrived on time, he called and said he could be at my house earlier than my scheduled appointment time. Carl arrived at my home and got right to work cleaning the inside of my dryer and vent. The entire service call from start to finish was about an hour. Carl even sent me a picture of the pile of lint that was pulled out of the dryer vent. Long story short, my mind has been put at ease knowing that my dryer is no longer a fire hazard and my dryer is working as good as new. I highly recommend SafeSmart Dryer Vent Services.

My LG dryer was giving me the dreaded d80 message and the flow sense light would blink during the drying cycle. Carl came out and was very professional. He was able to clean out the vent and also had to go on the roof where I also had lint coming out the vent there. 😳 He tested the pressure or air flow in the vent and after cleaning it out tested it again and it was good. I have done several loads since he left and the error code is no longer coming on and my loads are drying much faster. I am very pleased and highly recommend Carl and Safe Smart Dryer Vent Cleaning.

Carl's business is successful because of Carl! He is courteous, punctual and explains the need for his service in a simple way. He takes before and after pics, checks your dryer performance before and after the service and makes recommendations to make your dryer more efficient. Even though we had a small build up of lint, the performance of the dryer is obviously better after the service. We highly recommend this service be done on a regular basis (we are looking at every 5 years) for safety and increasing the life and efficiency of your dryer. Give Carl a call and set up a service. Extremely professional, very courteous, and incredibly detailed. Mr. Jones explained every step of the process and the importance of each step. Provide me with pictures before and after the cleaning to show the build up in my dryer vent. Highly recommend!!!

Carl did a great job clearing my dryer vent. He is very professional and clearly knows his stuff. He mapped out and thoroughly cleared the 25-foot dryer vent in my new house that the previous repair technician wouldn't even touch due to complexity.

Great service from start to finish!

Carl was awesome! He showed up at 8am on the dot, educated me about how to use my new dryer (didn’t expect that!), cleaned everything out SO fast, adjusted the work that the installation team did, and was even super sweet to my old lady dog that was in the house. I love that he sent photos of his work and what he pulled out of the dryer vent and gave clear directions on how often to maintain the various components of our laundry room. I highly recommend this service to anyone with a dryer!

Great! I was able to set up an appointment online which was great. He was on time, went right to work, and was in and out quickly - great for someone who works at home.
