Shaw’s home comfort and Eric really made me feel like an A+ customer. They calmed my nerves and walked me through the process in a freezing cold winter night with no hot water. They replaced my unit at a fair price but it was the customer service that was above and beyond. Eric was awesome from the beginning to the end and assured me things would work efficiently and better than before and that is why I highly recommend Shaw’s Home Comfort.

Got a next day appointment, and they were able to fix my AC on the spot. Had my AC back running by the afternoon! He even offered to clean up my unit, since he was already there. Very happy with the service!

Honestly have enjoyed every interaction with Shaw’s. They have been on time, well mannered, and helpful during the initial visits, install and follow up. Highly recommend them to anyone

Staff was very friendly and prompt. Service tech Aaron was friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time evaluating our old unit, then explained pros/cons for repair vs replacement. He worked with his project planner to provide options that could work best for our home and budget. Thank you!

I scheduled Shaw’s Home Comfort to come out and perform the winter service on my heating system. They arrived at the scheduled time and performed the service. I was shown photos of all the things they checked out and I was given an excellent report on my heating system and am ready for those cold days ahead. The tech was polite and friendly. Great service

I was totally impressed with the service that I received! In July, in California, I totally expected a 2 week. Wait.. Within 24 hours, they were here diagnosing my problem. And explaining to me in ways that I could understand what the issue was. They were able to repair it and ott me cool. I recommend this company for any type of what service you need

In my profession, I have dealt with many ac companies & never experienced good service. This is my first time using Shaws Home Comfort & had the best customer service. My technician was Jose, a friendly experienced Technician who explained the issue with me & I had the pleasure talking to Victor who handled the finance. These two were incredibly great by resolving my issue & deserve 10 stars. I so recommend Shaws Home Comfort to anyone.

Today we had our water/plumbing inspection. Technician Juan Cabrera found an issue during inspection under the sinks with the garage disposal it had 2 cracks and I had no idea. He was very respectful and answered any questions I had.

Say was great! He diagnosed the problem with my unit immediately. Got it fixed. Very very professional. Great guy. Highly recommend

First time I have used this company and am very pleased. Jose Bautista was my technician and was very professional and respectful. Shared with me what was wrong and quickly replaced the needed part. No hard sell, just totally honest about what the a/c needed. Highly recommend Shaw's Home Comfort.

Gerardo was an excellent technician. He quickly identified what the issue was, walked me through the repair, and took before and after pictures and videos to show where the issue was and that it was resolved. I will definitely continue to use Shaw’s Home Comfort for our AC needs.

The receptionist that answered the phone was very warm and receptive, and seems empathetic, got me on the schedule for my desired time frame right away. The tech that came was extremely thorough, game me 2 separate quotes, and called the man that provides quotes on new home cooling as well. I was not expecting the amount of time involved in getting a service inspection, but he was extremely thorough. He was here from 8:20-10:20- so just know if you call for a service, it will take more than 30 minutes… he did not perform any repairs, but waited for me to choose which option Would be best. My unit is 38 years old, and every one says it’s surprising it has lasted this long. Also they need to inspect or look at my duct work. But I needed to go to work; so that is rescheduled for another time. I felt very comfortable with this company, but have not yet made up my mind whether to do anything at all. They quoted me very attractive option for new unit, but it will be extremely tight right now to do this.

All areas of my concerns with my heating unit were addressed by Specialist Tech Say Vang. Office Manager Trinity also did a great job of clarifying a Penquin Club issue for me. I also requested that customers be offered a stylus to use when signing required documents electronically.

My technician, Mike, was exceptional at explaining exactly what was wrong with my air conditioner and promptly ordered a part so that I was not left sitting in an uncomfortable home. He is much appreciated for his kindness and quick response to my air conditioning needs.

I have been very happy with Shaw’s Home Comfort. They are always quick to schedule an appointment because they understand that having a comfortable home is important. More importantly, everyone is on the same page. If a part is needed everyone is aware of what needs to be done to get that part as soon as possible. Email is sent quickly to confirm appointments and price estimations. Everyone at Shaw’s are very helpful, and I would woke-heartily recommend them for all your air conditioning needs.

It was a difficult repair because of hard to find parts but Eric Hansen got it done well! I am going to notify Granville Homes that Shaw Home Comfort has the hard to get shower valve because there are a lot of Granville homes that are using this valve.

Erik came out to attempt to clear a clog in our kitchen drain. He made multiple attempts to save us from having to resort to a hydro jet and ultimately succeeded. I know we will have to deal with that eventually, but now at least it’s not a surprise. Thanks!

Very friendly, knowledgeable and expeditious. They resolved my plumbing issues with zero mess left behind. Will definitely recommend to anyone asking if I know a good plumber

I try to DIY most of my home maintenance, but needed a pro to do replacement of a Roman tub faucet. Shaws was great to work with. Easy scheduling, and they sent a rockstar of a plumber named Erik. Work exceeded expectations, as did the whole process. For example, he had to go through a wall to get the job done, but left not trace of any dirt.

Zack was great. Friendly and informative. He didn't want to ruin our rain gutters to get on the roof. So he made sure he chose a spot without rain gutters to place his ladder. Very considerate. Thank you Zack, we appreciate you!
