Locksmith reviews in Clovis, California

Vitality did a superb job, as he did once before, in helping us with locks, keying, and advice. He is prompt, personable, and very fair in pricing! He is a permanent name in my phone contact list....thank you!

I had a copy of two padlock keys cut to the tune of 6.50 each . Absolutely ridiculous ! Way overpriced! Will not frequent this place again !

I had an amazing experience and can't recommend this place enough. I originally came in because my key fob was no longer working properly and needed to be programmed. The technician was incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly.

What really impressed me was what happened afterward. Once the key was programmed, my car wouldn't start because my battery had died. Even though that wasn't related to the service I came in for, he didn't hesitate to help. He grabbed his jumper box, and made sure I was good to go.

It's rare to find customer service like this anymore. He went above and beyond, treated me with kindness, and genuinely cared about helping instead of just finishing the job and sending me on my way. If you need a key fob, programming, or any locksmith services, I highly recommend this business. Thank you again for the outstanding service!

Fast service, done right, good communications. Now my go to guy for locks. La la la la this is 95 characters.

Five star service from Vitaliy who is truly a caring locksmith. Our dog sitter was locked out of our house very late at night. We searched Yelp for a locksmith that was open at that hour and found Vitaliy. We called, he answered, and he was there within 12 minutes. The cost was affordable and very reasonable. It was a vulnerable situation met with efficient and caring service. I highly recommend The Caring Locksmith.

Bought an OEM key fob online since Carmax only had the one for my Nissan truck. Inquired on Yelp! with The Caring Locksmith about programming + cut and got a response within 20 minutes and was here not long after that. Cut the emergency key and programmed the fob faster than it would have taken me to drive to the dealership. Also super reasonable price and saved me a ton from having to pay dealer prices too. Chill and reliable crew, would highly recommend!

A1 is the best in Clovis, hands down. They have brick and mortar store in old downtown, whereas most of the others are part of a national system. This makes a big difference. Two of those competitors gave me a $450 quote to break a safe open. I took the safe to these gentlemen and they opened it for free. I will not use any other locksmith in Clovis.

I spoke with the owner today about repairing a door knob and he was very courteous and said he could come right over. It took him only a few minutes to repair the door lock. He was very professional and the price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call him for any future needs. Richard N. March 25, 2026

The technician showed up just in time, did a great job and we even did a couple of add-ons, no problem he just re-keyed a couple of blocks for me so that the whole house matched. Super polite and great skill.

Super fast, professional, and very good price. This dude saved me when my car key snapped in half. Cannot recommend enough! 5 stars

Adam and Skylar made a new key fob for my daughter's car... within 45 minutes and one-third of the cost quoted by the dealership. Amazing! Great service, cool store, and nice guys!

My daughters girlsfriends purse got stolen with her car keys in it. This happened at like 9pm and I was texting back and forth for pricing with The Caring Locksmith and he gave us a good price, came out super late at night and got everything done so fast. He was so kind and helpful. Definitely recommend him to everyone!!

Walked into this business to get copies of a small, old key that some other box stores don't have blanks for. Was greeted & helped right away, no problems, got my copies - maybe took 5 minutes!! Very happy!!

My husband and I recently moved to this area, came to this store for house keys duplication. The owner was attentive and friendly. He also makes Fob remote control keys for my Toyota Camry. Excellent service! I would recommend to friends and family.

Yes, I recommend him. The owner was very prompt, courteous and tidy w his job. And explained everything as he worked.

Had accidentally locked key inside. Was very responsive with good attitude and good service. Wouldn't hesitate to contact again if the need arises. Highly recommend.

Vitaliy was very helpful and kind with any questions i had. He responded quickly which i really appreciated. It's prominent that he really does care about his clients and enjoys his job!

Vitaliy came out within 2-3 hours of our initial call, which gave us such peace of mind because it was a bit of an important rush situation for us. He was prompt, efficient, and incredibly reasonably priced. He rekeyed multiple locks for us and provided us with new keys. He was also just very kind and calm, which made us feel at ease during an uncertain time. "The Caring Locksmith" is a great name for him, and we would recommend him fully to anyone needing locksmith services. We will definitely reach out to him in the future if we need more help. :)

Messaged Vitaliy about 30 minutes ahead of time to see if he could fit me in and he responded quickly and had the OEM key I needed for my vehicle. Incredibly nice and great pricing. Upon arriving, he quickly cut and programmed the key/fob to my vehicle with no issues. Definitely recommend!

I needed 11 home locks rekeyed and a new car key fob. I was referred to The Caring Locksmith by a friend. He came as agreed and on time. His service was efficient, friendly, fast and he replace a frozen latch on one of the door. I only asked for three doors and security doors to be rekeyed but he did a fourth door so that all the keys would match. He replaced my car key fob with a perfect match, not just a generic one. He did not try to gouge prices or take advantage of me. In fact, he gave me a discount. I would recommend Vitali to anyone who wants excellent, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, friendly and timely locksmith.

Super amazing service..fast efficient and caring. I would recommend him to anyone who appreciates excellent seevice.
