Called PDS out to snake a clogged shower drain. They wouldn't do it. Suggested a $2,262.10 hydrojet cleaning or a line replacement from home to city for $18,275.94 or get this, a complete replacement of all the drain pipes in the house to the city for $20,966.44! I ran them out of here. Called another company, they came out, snaked the shower drain for $125. Just be careful of this company.

Rip you off. Don't know what they're doing. I have no trust whatsoever in the work they did to repair our shower. And it somehow cost me over $4,000. They charged my card on file before even asking. They changed shower heads in my shower without asking (when they didnt need to be changed, and what they replaced with are of lesser value and quality than what we had). We have used them a couple of times based on need for a specific water heater we have. Tried to give a benefit of a doubt, but the last experience has made me completely untrusting and won't be using them again.

The fast response to my service request took me by surprise! Very grateful for that, as it was a Saturday! They were booked for the rest of the day but could be there on Monday. Fortunately that worked for us. They were on time and ready to get started. I got a very thorough explanation of what was needed to determine the cause of the problem, in fact multiple causes in this old house! Next was a thorough explanation of our options and the cost of each. After deciding on best option for us, work started immediately. A "crappy" experience was made much better by the quality of the expert, caring and personable staff, we are ready to adopt these guys, they derserve an extra big raise next time! The hours and material that went into this major repair was well worth the cost, military discount much appreciated. Highly recommend!

Do not do business with this company!! There's no doubt that they know what they're doing, but they're pricey and there business practice is lacking big time. The salespeople will tell you anything to get the job and then all of a sudden part is not included in the contract. I had a whole new system installed A/C & heating, ducting, boots and vents. Then around a year later when time for my wife to do deep clean we find out only 2 of 7 boots was replaced. When I called about they said it wasn't in the contract and of course the salesman flashed through it so quickly I didn't have time to read it but yet they still replaced 2 of 7. Good installed a device on our water heater that would reduce the loud noise the pipes make under the house when the sprinkler system is on.

What a great company. They did awesome work for a much lower price than another company who wanted to charge me over 2k to install a bidet. PDS Plumbing saved me a ton of money and it installed in 2 hours.

I live in Sanger and I needed someone to replace the water mixing cartridge in our shower so we would not scald ourselves. I needed it done as soon as possible and Nathan came out the next day and got the job done efficiently. It was a flat fee of $125, so I was glad it didn't cost more but I did buy the part on Amazon and they installed it. Thanks to Nelson Plumbing and Nathan, everything is working as it should now.

I called to schedule an estimate appointment. The technician arrived. He was on time and friendly. However, he seemed hesitant about basic questions regarding service details. I was told that a lead technician would need to come out and that it would be an additional 25-30 mins wait. I'd appreciate if my time was valued, send the lead for estimates to begin with. With that being said, an estimate was never provided; even after calling the company. This was for a water heater replacement.

They've installed a whole-house water filter for me, replaced a kitchen sink and garbage disposal, installed a water softener, new shower head, all sorts. This company was professional and very helpful. We were in the process of purchasing a home and we needed to bring the water heater up to code. They were able to come out the next day and bring our water heater up to code. Also we had a problem with no water pressure with our kitchen sink. They came and looked at it at not additional charge.

Great service. Water heater broke down on Saturday. I called Saturday afternoon and they came out Sunday morning and put a new one in at a good price. They didn't charge extra for coming out on the weekend. I highly recommend them.
