Austin came out and did a sewer line inspection for my buyer and it was money well spent. There was a huge tree root that could’ve cost my client thousands down the road.
Austin was great in explaining the entire thing to me as I watched him snake the camera through the line. I kind of can’t wait to order another inspection!

I like them because they are very clear about prices and know how to inform you about what is required or needed to be done and they get prices to you as soon as they are able. I love how they will talk to the necessary company,s and explain to them what is going on. Especially when they won't listen or believe you when you tell them. I find them refreshing and upfront about everything. I am thankful for them, even if I don't like the price - even so the price they give you is fair. I got under house pipe replacement. Waiting on the price update, it should have it by tomorrow.i fave not paid yet as I needed to contact the house warranty company first as it js going to be very expensive as they will need to open up the floor to replace several se tons of pipe.

I had the best experience with Snake ‘N Laterals. I called them to come out to my home after another plumber assigned by my home warranty company discovered roots in my main sewer line and - shocker alert - didn’t want to do anything else. Snake ‘N Laterals was very honest and transparent about services that may be required, cost, risk, etc. I’m very happy with the level of service received and will definitely be calling again with future plumbing needs.

We have a lot of trees on our lot so every year the roots get into the plumbing. They always show up very fast. Do great work, and are very kind men. They will always be the company I call for plumbing issues.
A week later, they had to come back because the roots broke a pipe and they squeeze us in as soon as possible. Thank you.

Fantastic experience with Snakes N Laterals. I called at 8am and spoke with a live person who set up a time, 8-10am, when she could have someone out to clear a clogged sewer line.
Nathaniel showed up at 8:40am. He was polite and very knowledgeable as he explained the issue and process.
He quickly found the problem with their camera and proceeded to use the snake to remove the blockage.
I didn't mention that is was raining pretty good and it didn't phase him at all.
Within 1 1/2 hours of my call, the job was completed. Nathaniel did an excellent job and Snakes N Laterals has earned my business.

Nick was on time, explained available service options and what potential issues might cost. Nick was friendly and professional. Turned out most of our lines were relatively clear but a section that went from kitchen clean out over to laundry room was pretty clogged up making hydrojetting the logical option, turned out only about 40 feet of the lines had an issue but now we have peace of mind now that the rest of our plumbing is in relatively good shape for a home of 38 years.

This was a project I thought I could handle until I went to two hardware stores and then a plumbing supply store. The latter recommended Snake N’ Laterals. Can’t say enough good things about them. Angel came out and provided a quote within an hour. They even offer a discount for more than one project. Today Austin came out and the sink looks good as new. Fair price, great service. This will be the only plumber I used going forward.
