Have used Johnson Air for past 10 years for my rental units. Have always had great service. Replaced part on air conditioner....new thermostat on another properly and general service. Mike is great.

They are completely unprofessional and lie . I reported ac fan issue Technician come check and said everything is normal which was NOT normal. Also he stated that my ac unit 10-15 years under warranty nothing needs to worry. If i ever feeling like fan noise is so loud i can call them back again. I called after few years when someone specialist come in my house and noticed same issue which already had been issue from the starting and had been reported already. I was like i already reported this same issue this company told me its normal. I called back Amy and Mike. They were super argumentative and said they do not care what technician promised or told to customer. They said they do not cover the same issue or problem under warranty and they do not care what their technician told and advices the customer. And asked if i have any document or proof that their technician told me 😂. What a unprofessional question.
DO NOT TRUST THEIR TECHNICIANS WHAT THEY ARE ADVISING AND PROMISING UNLESS IN WRITING. THEY LIES TO CUSTOMERS JUST THROW WORDS. WHEN COMES TO REPORT SAME PROBLEM AGAIN THEN THEY WILL screw u over by saying that this is not under warranty. The same issue that previously reported.

I tried to contact them on facebook after answering that The integrity and truthfulness is very important they told me, that its supper important for a company. Then they will block you instead owning what they promised without even checking what is covered under warranty and what is not covered under warranty.
Replied to First replied:DO NO SAY MISUNDERSTANDING. There is none misunderstanding involved. Communication was done clearly in the past when technician who came.
1. Why the issue was not resolve at the first attempt ?
2. Why you guys disabled facebook chat ?
3. Why you guys not resolving the same issue which was reported already ?
4. Mike hung up on me and was super rude and unprofessional. You guys just like to throw under the buss with no resolution for the product you provide and under the warranty.

Had a wonderful experience with Johnson Air that I had to leave a review. Our unit quit on us during a heat wave, and they were extremely knowledgeable, kind, fast, and efficient. In 110 degree weather Patrick the service tech was seriously great. Worked with such a positive attitude and with a smile on his face despite the extreme heat. We also spoke with another Patrick F. in management who went above and beyond for us to make sure we were taken care of and went the extra mile. 1000/10 for both of those guys!! I can’t say enough amazing words about them and they got a forever client out of us.

Extremely reliable and honest company. Mike was absolutely fantastic in giving me an honest estimate for the work required to replace my old thermoset which had stopped working with smart thermostats for a 4 zone system. Patrick was equally great with performing his job and helping me with the app. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC service you need. Reliable and efficient.
