First time I have used this company and am very pleased. Jose Bautista was my technician and was very professional and respectful. Shared with me what was wrong and quickly replaced the needed part. No hard sell, just totally honest about what the a/c needed. Highly recommend Shaw's Home Comfort.

Gerardo was an excellent technician. He quickly identified what the issue was, walked me through the repair, and took before and after pictures and videos to show where the issue was and that it was resolved. I will definitely continue to use Shaw’s Home Comfort for our AC needs.

The receptionist that answered the phone was very warm and receptive, and seems empathetic, got me on the schedule for my desired time frame right away. The tech that came was extremely thorough, game me 2 separate quotes, and called the man that provides quotes on new home cooling as well. I was not expecting the amount of time involved in getting a service inspection, but he was extremely thorough. He was here from 8:20-10:20- so just know if you call for a service, it will take more than 30 minutes… he did not perform any repairs, but waited for me to choose which option Would be best. My unit is 38 years old, and every one says it’s surprising it has lasted this long. Also they need to inspect or look at my duct work. But I needed to go to work; so that is rescheduled for another time. I felt very comfortable with this company, but have not yet made up my mind whether to do anything at all. They quoted me very attractive option for new unit, but it will be extremely tight right now to do this.

All areas of my concerns with my heating unit were addressed by Specialist Tech Say Vang. Office Manager Trinity also did a great job of clarifying a Penquin Club issue for me. I also requested that customers be offered a stylus to use when signing required documents electronically.

My technician, Mike, was exceptional at explaining exactly what was wrong with my air conditioner and promptly ordered a part so that I was not left sitting in an uncomfortable home. He is much appreciated for his kindness and quick response to my air conditioning needs.

I have been very happy with Shaw’s Home Comfort. They are always quick to schedule an appointment because they understand that having a comfortable home is important. More importantly, everyone is on the same page. If a part is needed everyone is aware of what needs to be done to get that part as soon as possible. Email is sent quickly to confirm appointments and price estimations. Everyone at Shaw’s are very helpful, and I would woke-heartily recommend them for all your air conditioning needs.

It was a difficult repair because of hard to find parts but Eric Hansen got it done well! I am going to notify Granville Homes that Shaw Home Comfort has the hard to get shower valve because there are a lot of Granville homes that are using this valve.

Erik came out to attempt to clear a clog in our kitchen drain. He made multiple attempts to save us from having to resort to a hydro jet and ultimately succeeded. I know we will have to deal with that eventually, but now at least it’s not a surprise. Thanks!

I try to DIY most of my home maintenance, but needed a pro to do replacement of a Roman tub faucet. Shaws was great to work with. Easy scheduling, and they sent a rockstar of a plumber named Erik. Work exceeded expectations, as did the whole process. For example, he had to go through a wall to get the job done, but left not trace of any dirt.

Zack was great. Friendly and informative. He didn't want to ruin our rain gutters to get on the roof. So he made sure he chose a spot without rain gutters to place his ladder. Very considerate. Thank you Zack, we appreciate you!

We needed a new HVAC system and water heater. The representative that came to the house was extremely helpful with the process. The entire staff at Shaw's Home Comfort was wonderful. Efficient Diagnosis, Quality Work, Room for Improvement in Customer Service

Shaw’s AC & Heating recently fixed my Lennox AC system, and overall, the experience was positive. They came out and diagnosed the issue in under 10 minutes — it turned out to be a freon leak in my 4-year-old unit. The technician, Mike, called me the next day with an estimate of $3,500 to fix it. I’m not a service professional, so I can’t really speak to whether that price is high or fair — I’ll leave that up to you, the reader.

Mike came back the following week and did the work professionally. The unit is now running properly, and it seems like the job was done right. I also received a 20% discount by enrolling in their Penguin Priority Club, so there are definitely options to save a bit if you're looking to cut costs.

One area where they could improve is customer service. Communication could have been smoother throughout the process. Still, the diagnosis was fast, the fix was effective, and the technician was knowledgeable.

Would I recommend them? Yes — but with the note that they could polish the overall customer experience.

He was able to work in the small closet it was in. He replaced the water inlet valve that was leaking and the gas line. He was very thorough to make sure everything was connected and working. Andy at Shaw's Home Comfort was wonderful, knowledgeable, respectful and provided me information that the other heating companies didn't. Another company came out and said I needed $2,300 worth of work and Andy did the real work to show me that my control board was not the problem. When I asked him why he thought the other company told me otherwise, he shrugged and said, " Maybe they just didn't know what they were doing." Well, Shaw's has hired a great young man to work for them and I appreciated that he didn't just try to make quick money off of me.

Sure, the radio commercial sounds folksy, and they advertise to fix your old units rather than replace. That's inaccurate. They do not. What a waste of time. (30 year old trailer home furnace) They wanted 1,000 to change a 27.00 and a 13.00 part that was a 20 min job... Nope. The unit was old, and they said there was going to be no warranty on the work. With that, and the stupid expensive estimate, that was loud and clear that they did not want to deal with my issues.

My air conditioner went out and I called Lee’s Air, Plumbing, Heating for service. Michael Rojas came quickly to take care of my problem. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Mr.Rojas if someone wants their problem to be resolved.

I called Lee’s for their Air Conditioner Tune-up and Safety Inspection for $99.00. The office staff was very friendly and helpful . They set an appointment for the next day and reminded me I still had a free Tune-up and inspection from my recent heater replacement. Their honesty saved me $99.00. My technician was Ruben Rodriguez. He was friendly, polite and professional. He kept me informed and answered all of my questions. He had a concern about some of my ductwork and wanted a second opinion. Technician Rafael Rayas inspected my ductwork and assured me it was working fine, but I probably need to think about replacing the ductwork in the next few years. The honesty and lack of high pressure sales was refreshing. I really appreciate the great service and integrity of their excellent technicians like Ruben and Rafael. Thank you Lee’s!
