Caledonian just installed our new 4 ton HVAC unit. They were professional, knowledgeable did an exceptional job. The service coordinator, Sara, is a rockstar. She coordinated the crane services which were extremely challenging given our large lot and the unit's inaccessible. Overall, very pleased with Caledonian and highly recommend them.

I found them online for heat pump service and decided to try em, so glad I did bcz the visit was QUICK and clean job overall, AMAZING vibe. They tested stuff and fixed somethin small that coulda been big later, NICE catch and VERY IMPRESSIVE. LOVE IT and would RECOMMEND to friends ya know.

I asked about boiler maintenance since ours was old and prob needed love, these guys did their thing and made it easy, WELLDONE and VERY SOLID work. They cleaned it up nice and checked all the parts, looked AWESOME when done and worked well. I felt relaxed after and can say TOP NOTCH service for sure.

We had our commercial 3 phase compressor replaced because of internal valve issues. these guys did a great job, worked fast and clean, and got our system running quiet again. Really RECOMMENDED their HVAC service.

We called one of the bigger local HVAC companies that heavily advertises on the radio. The issue was no cold air. The repair estimate was well over $8000 with replacement units between $12-24,000. I figured we better call at least one other company to get a comparison. Rae from Shaw’s Home Comfort came out. She was so knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. It’s almost too good to be true but the end result was a successful repair, maintenance and a maintenance plan for under $2,500! We are so thankful that we called them!

Matt was very professional and knowledgeable. He was friendly and courteous. He took on a challenge of fixing aged, malfunctioning commercial AC system. So far I’m very satisfied with Shaw’s. Both secretaries were helpful on the phone. They sent out a consultant the next morning from when I called to give a quote on a new unit. Victor was also very helpful and professional, patiently answering all of our questions. He wasn’t pushy at all as you might expect from a sales rep, but instead helped us put together the best package for our needs. Also, Shaw’s was able to schedule our installation for the next day, which is critical in 110 degree summer heat. Thanks so much Victor, and everyone who helped us so kindly at Shaw’s!

Office staff and technicians are always professional and very friendly. Prices are very fair. The tech was early, thorough, and very friendly. Even after being told I would soon need a new unit, I was pleased they always take very good care of me and will continue to do so.
