I will never have this company come do a job at my house . They will absolutely not accommodate people and will not give people appointments. And one guy told me that they will make appointments and they won’t make appointments, so he was very contradictory. One of the guys that came to do a follow up job at my house after I cancel the first one gave me an a big attitude and made me feel a little threatened. Worst customer service ever. I canceled my follow up appointments and suggest you find another company to do your follow-ups.

Through the fresno county EOC HOME IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM. They were able to install us a new water heater. The workers get their job done. Fast friendly service.

We have had the BEST experience with this company. We first got an appointment for them to install a house fan to use when we want the cooler air from the outside to come inside the house, if the inside is hotter than the outside. They installed it quickly and showed me instructions on how to use it. A few weeks later, we get an appointment for installing a new HVAC unit. Ours was super old and used so much energy that our PGE bill doubled from one month to the next! I can't share any details with how much the new bill will be yet but I am very hopeful about this one. The new A/C is currently on and I can already tell the difference! It is way more powerful as I can feel the whole house feeling cold already. Pictured are photos of the updated tech controls. Good service

Bought some appliances from Clovis Appliance and they recommended I call Custom Appliance Installation (they gave me their card), but I was told to leave a voicemail and they would get back to me within 2 weeks. Called on May 22nd and left a message, no response. Called a second time on June 24th and STILL have not gotten a response.

Wasted half of my day trying to do something he said could be done.

Caledonian Mechanical was able to fix a severe AC issue we've had. Last Summer, we ended up paying $5000 in electricity bills while having about 8 different vendors come out TRYING to fix our AC. They were all unsuccessful. Sara was understanding, helpful and great at scheduling. And Chris was a great technician who knew how to fix our problem perfectly! AND he did it out side in the +100F heat! Thank you for keeping us cool in this heatwave!

Called for my air con broke, they came late but still did nice job. next day air cold again, just wish they was faster but still good.

I’m not usually the type to leave reviews, but Caledonian Mechanical Inc earned this one. We had a pretty tricky HVAC installation job, and Christopher(their tech) absolutely nailed it. Plus, he left everything spotless when he was done — huge bonus in my book.

After arriving at our home for an issue regarding our furnace, the technician was able to diagnose the main problem. He also discovered an additional issue that causing our system to work harder. He replaced the necessary part to help make it run more efficiently. However, because not all furnace components are alike, he had to order the part to fix the main problem. A few days later a different technician showed up with the part in hand. He was just as efficient as the first. About 15 minutes later he was done. My my home is nice and warm, thanks to the professionals at Caledonian Mechanical Inc.

Caledonian did an amazing job repairing my father’s AC unit. Their customer service is excellent. The repair technician, James was punctual, friendly, conscientious, and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail so that we understood what needed to be repaired and why. I made sure to grab business cards as we will definitely be using their services again! We highly recommend Caledonian for AC!
