They did an amazing job on fixing my outdoor piping that connects to my sprinkler system and house. Had a crack PVC pipe that they replaced to copper since the sun beats down on that side of the house and caused it crack after a year.The technician Juan did an amazing job On replacing it. They beat everyone else’s pricing and made sure the job was done right.

I had great experience with Raul a Tech with PDS. Regardless of the fact it did take longer than expected to repair my heating problem. My Tech walked me through the entire process from the beginning to the end. From my perspective, it showed me I was not put in the back burner, but some issues do require more effort than others, especially when the unit is giving a code to a different malfunction . Throughout multiple attempts, teamwork with other Techs, and Tech support Raul fixed the heating issue and my comfort system operates just like new again!.. Thank you PDS and Raul, for your diligence.

PDS and Art are amazing! Our kitchen sink wasn’t working, and Art came to the rescue. He explored every possible avenue to diagnose the issue and even tested our homes water pressure. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly along the way. It’s hard to find honest, dependable help these days, and we wouldn’t trust anyone else. John was exceptionally professional and very knowledgeable. Very direct and helpful. I recommend PDS to everyone. Thank you to the crew who were clean and quiet. Forgot at times they were in my attic changing all the duct work. If you are a veteran please call them they extremely beneficial to our vets. Will be using them moving forward

We just had a new heating system put in our house. PDS was wonderful to work with. They were very prompt in returning calls and explaining everything to us. Raul, in particular, was extremely helpful and professional. I couldn't ask for more in high level quality and service. Often, you don't get to meet the owners of a company, but when you have a great technician like Raul, you know the company is doing things right. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Service through PBS is phenomenal. Technician John Y is top notch, his knowledge of the equipment is perfect and he is very professional. Hard to find a good company with this caliber of service personal.

I would never use this company again. Charged 543 dollars to replace water valves under the kitchen sink. Literally 50 dollar parts and less than 2 hours work. 250 dollars an hour on labor?? WOW. Was in a bind and didn’t want to pay the 89 dollar estimate fee and send them away. Lesson learned. Do your research first and find a reputable plumber that won’t gouge you.

The techs here at PDS are amazing! I had Jose come assess our issue with the water and other issues that we let be on the back burner. He did a great job at letting us know exactly what the issue was and what the solutions are. Antonio came back to verify and talk the big numbers and he was just a knowledgeable and kind. He is really looking out for you and not like these money hungry companies that try to get as much out of you. I’m so glad RotoRooter gave us the run around and we found PDS. An issue we tried getting help from RotoRooter on Monday will now be worked on by tomorrow thanks to PDS. 10/10 would recommend for any needs!

John Y from PDS Plumbing and Airconditioning is amazing. He definitely knows his job. It didn’t take long for him to figure out what the problem could be. Yet he still went to the roof and check the unit. He did a very thorough job. He’s not out to rip you off. He is honest… a quality that’s hard to find these days. I highly recommend this business and I highly recommend John. I am truly satisfied with his service.

The Lee air crew showed up for a HVAC inspection found out I needed a new unit Luis called his supervisor and he gave
Me a military discount and a great deal on a new one . To my surprise they started that same day and finished the next morning. Eric and Nathan finished and cleaned the work area and gave me a detailed introduction on how to control the new system. Working with these guys felt like they where my brothers, answered all my questions.There fast, clean, professionals . I would recommend them all week and twice on Sunday. PDS has awesome customer service. Johnny here was able to fix my ac so quickly ands I actually got to get some sleep. I need my house very cool in order to function and I'm so grateful that Johnny was able to restore the ac to be able to cool my house. Love how polite and knowledgeable he is. We are happy to have met him ☺️

We had a great experience with PDS!

Called on a Sunday afternoon, they had a tech scheduled to repair my system the next morning!

Our technician Jorge M. was very professional and nice. He put on shoe covers whenever entering the house.

Jorge showed photos of the problem and had the parts he needed for the repair in his truck already, he was able to complete the repair and get my system back up and running in about an hour.

PDS is our new go-to for hvac! Much better experience than I have had with several other competitors.

Thank you for your quick response to our water leak in the house! Manuel was here the next business day for estimate. He is available to help finance the project if need be also.

Instead of repairing leak, we opted to replace floor water lines to run across the attic. After three floor leaks...it was time!!!

Scott showed up the first day by himself and was able to get the spare bathroom up and running with water!!! Amazing work! He fulfilled the promise they made to me! Next day came Tre and Carlos!! They worked on the replumbing for 6 days! Always conscientious of the fact that we had to live in the house while they were working!!! I have called and they sent someone out the same day to check things for me! Great guys and amazing plumbers!!! I totally trust them and if I ever need another plumber...I will definitely call them!!!

I highly recommend PDS Plumbing and Air! I just moved into a house with a bunch of deferred maintenance issues and felt completely overwhelmed when one of our shut off valves began to leak. They came out and got everything fixed (along with replacing my water heater) in two days. Tommy G. was the tech who handled all outdoor valve and water heater replacement (all on his own!). Arturo B. replaced my toilet's shut off valve and hardware while also installing my bidet. They worked around my dog and all our moving boxes. I also really appreciated that they took the time to put on shoe covers every time they entered the house. Antonio walked me through the financing process. It felt so easy and I know that I had a million questions, but he was super patient. The team I worked with was super professional, clean, and friendly. Whether you've bought something yourself and just need help installing it or need them to handle equipment and installation, they've got you covered. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

I will never go anywhere else for any air and plumbing needs. This company is top notch. They always work with you and just do amazing work everytime. Chance and Jayson and the whole crew repiped my entire house in 2 days. Showed pictures and video the entire time with me so I knew exactly what was going on and got to see the process myself step by step. We had an emergency water tank leak and my garage was taking in water fast. We called for a free consultation. Understanding that this was an emergency, Caesar showed up within an hour and was ready and willing to solve my issue. Caesar provided 5 options ready to be executed with my approval within an hour. He walked us through every option in great details even a 5 yr old could understand. He was able to scramble a tech (Art) to rush here with the approved work order within 2 hrs. Art understood the importance of getting my hot water up and running ASAP. He was friendly, knowledgeable/ experienced.He finished in a timely manner and did a great job with the walk through. If I had to rate this company from the 2 guys that did the work, I'd say this company is top notch. I would highly recommend to friends and family. Great job guys!!
