VERY RUDE!!!!

The service was amazing! Kevin was not only professional, but also really genuine and easy to talk to. He explained everything with so much patience and care. It’s rare to find someone who’s both great at their job and makes the experience feel so easy.

I definitely will not recommend PDS Plumbing to anyone I know that needs Plumbing work done. Their work was good but over priced, Arturo was pushy about us repiping our home bcuz our home is piped with defective PEX water lines.

I called and I actually got a person on the other end after hours!!! The technician that assisted me was named Chris. He was very courteous and addressed my concerns over phone . He came out that same night when he promised and fixed our backed up drain . I was so pleased with the fast professional service. I highly recommend you contact them with any issues you have going on . Thank you again Chris

Had a scheduled A/C and heating inspection from PDS this morning. John and Aaron showed up on time and were thorough, professional and very pleasant to work with. Our A/C stopped blowing cool air on a Saturday night recently & I saw the great reviews for this company. I called & they sent John the next morning. He let us know when he was on the way & diagnosed the problem quickly, and took a lot of detailed pictures to show us other problems brewing. John was great, fixed the issue & we were back to a cool home fast! We're planning on doing more business with this company in the future with our ducts. I highly recommend this company & John in particular!

High 5 to Aaron with PDS Plumbing and Air! We were in the midst of getting bids for a major upgrade on our rental which included new ductwork and a new HVAC system. During this process with all the concerns and many questions we presented to him, his response was respectful and professional. We were grateful how quickly he reached out to us with the answers. Kevin came today to check our AC and heating. He did a wonderful job the house is a lot warmer now. We are very pleased with what he did for us. We are giving him high ratings.

Tech came out for servicing and told my mom that she needed a new AC unit. Not a huge surprise as its older than dirt. The tech quoted her $18,000 for the unit. And said she needed new ducts. There was a hole in the return duct from a rat it looks like.
They scheduled a "comfort specialist" to come out and give her another quote at a later day.

The number sounded really high for just a 3 ton unit. Having purchased a 4 ton a year and a half ago from a different company, it seemed something was off.

Scheduled to have the "comfort specialist" come back out over a week later so I could be there. They've been servicing both our houses for a while now and I wanted to give them a chance.

In the meantime I've had a few other companies (well reviewed on yelp) come out to give quotes. All of them came out looked at the existing unit and asked what we wanted. Then they would send a quote in an email.
I called back and asked for an emailed quote. I got called in to work on the day for the "comfort specialist."
I explained the situation to the receptionist. I was told that the tech shouldn't have given a quote. And only the "comfort specialist" can give quotes.
They gave off sleazy car salesmen vibes. Then they said the tech needed to come back out and finish the job. He needed to finish the servicing but had time to quote her on a new unit and inspect the duct work.
Nobody that actually works on the units or sells them was able to talk and explain what was going on.

It felt, very much, like they were trying to take advantage of my elderly mom. I have multiple quotes from other companies. And some are half of what they quoted. So if the "comfort specialist" comes out and quotes was less, was the tech trying to take advantage of my mom? What if she agreed to the 18k price originally quoted?
Why does someone need to come out in person that hasn't seen the unit, to quote a price they aren't doing the work on? And the upsetting of an entire duct replacement when it doesn't need that?

Too many red flags to ignore.

I was not overly pleasant on the phone which I'd like to apologize for as it wasn't necessary. Especially to the person on the phone catching arrows that poor business practices of her bosses are warranting.

They were really good about servicing the old unit and her hot water heater. But their "comfort specialist" hogwash is just dumb. That's the stuff car salesmen pull by shuffling you off to the guy in rhe back who tries to up sell you on everything.

Sad that it went this way. But poor communication, and bad business approach ( nutshell sales) have consequences.

I had a heating issue and contacted PDS Plumbing and Air for support. Phoenix handled my call and was fantastic. She was friendly, listened carefully, and scheduled a technician to come out the same day. She explained the process clearly and followed up afterward to ensure everything was resolved. Our company had our heaters go out right in the middle of this cold spell, and we had the pleasure of having tech John Y come out and assess the problem. He was AMAZING! Arrived promptly and got right to work seeing what he could do to get our heater working again ASAP. Even provided 3 seperate estimates based on what our needs were at the time, and what we could afford! 10/10 would DEFINITELY recommend to friends and family.

This afternoon our water heater went out, having worked with them before, we knew to call PDS. Jayson & Chance arrived and were incredibly professional and organized, they definitely put a smile on my face on a sad day. They quickly identified our issue and resolved it within four hours. We are incredibly grateful to them and would absolutely recommend their services.

I had the absolute best service today with John Y who came out to tune up my heater. John was a true professional and was very thorough in his review of everything related to the health and safety of my HVAC system. PDS as a whole made me feel like my military service is wholeheartedly appreciated which really means a lot to me. I definitely recommend PDS and will look to them for future service.
