Had someone from landscape come out to our house on January 8, 2020 to do an estimate for our house. They stated they would take about 2-3 weeks to provide an estimate and drawings for the work to be performed. To this date I have not heard from the owner or the person that came out to do estimate. It is March 1, 2020!!! I sent a text message to Phillip on January 29, 2020 to find out about the drawings and estimate and did not get a response. I also attempted to reach him via phone beginning of February and no returned called. Although they highly came recommended by a good friend of ours, I DEFINITELY would not recommend them. In a business communication is key and to not even have received a phone call or update and its been two months is NOT professional at all. DO NOT USE THEM.

The day after I posted my original review, I was contacted by the owner to address my concerns. He, and another employee, arranged to come to my house within a couple days to discuss the issues I had with the original work done. They addressed all my concerns and coordinated to have a crew come out to correct the issues. They went above and beyond to correct the problem areas and continued to work until I was completely satisfied.

Had Landscape Connection put in our backyard in early 2020. The design process which cost approx $200-$250 was trying, but we eventually settled on a design. The process was timely, but the execution left a lot to be desired, especially long term results. They did not roto-till before laying down sod, and the sod was nowhere near level with the curb as had been discussed during the planning process. Water just puddles and does not drain creating a mud pit. About 1/3 of the sod they put in is destroyed. The grass was uneven in several locations where they had cut in a trench. When using their trencher in the backyard, they struck the cinder block wall in several locations, and the house causing damage. They did coordinate getting the stucco on the house fixed, but never addressed the wall. For warranty work, they did come out and attempt to level the grass where the trenches had been, but results were not ideal. One tree died shortly after install due to drainage issues and they did replace it, but the replacement tree and another close by both died as well due to the drainage issues. Called several times for follow up, but I gave up after several unanswered calls and messages. I would not recommend this company.

Landscape Connection has been a landscape contractor of choice for all our projects for over 20 years. They have strong leaders, able crews, have creative solutions and designs, and look to find solutions. We often need to fit a look or a budget and they provided the answers and direction with expertise.

Gotta say these 1 star reviews with no comments seem a little sus. I had landscape connection design/install my backyard summer of 2020 when I moved into my new home. Couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Great quality work at a competitive price!

Landscape Connection is an amazing. company! They have helped me with a handful of landscaping projects over the last couple of years. Their work is of high quality and Phil even took the time to share tips about maintaining everything to ensure a great life span of the plants used on the project. Would highly recommend them!

Kennith was incredibly easy to work with and very responsive! The team was awesome. They came when they said they would and if late they let me know. Would definitely recommend them and love what they did to make my yard beautiful and no maintenance!!

We worked with Landscape Connection for front yard, side yard, and backyard landscaping services. The work entailed setting up the drain, installing artificial turf, setting up uplights, and planting various colored lilies, Mediterranean fan palms, and other drought tolerant plants. I was very impressed with them throughout the process – from design through post installation. I also thought their fees were very reasonable based on other quotes I received. Thank you Colby and Kennith and the rest of the team for a great experience and for quickly responding to any questions. We love our yard and have received a lot of compliments. Thank you!

We had our whole backyard landscaped by Landscape Connection. The entire process was extremely well managed, from initial planning to execution of the plan. Most importantly, communication between us and the managers and work foreman was of the highest quality. We were informed when each portion of the job would be completed and everyone showed up as scheduled. Any variation due to weather or delay in the availability of components were immediately communicated to us. We could not be more pleased with the overall results.

I highly recommend Landscape Connection. They did a fantastic job with design and completion of a recent backyard project. They are experts! Very professional, timely and attentive to every detail.

First off, I would def recommend Landscape Connection to anyone that wants the lowest price and great service! The communication was one of the best I have seen when it comes to landscapers - one of the main reasons we picked them was due to the fast response they had. Everyone was wonderful, from Kennith, Hope, Franky and his crew! We had a bear of a time with HOA but the team was very patient with us and assisted in what ever they could to make sure we got approved. Once we were, off to the races! Franky and is crew were always on time, never disrupted our day to day schedule and never ceased to amaze my husband and I. They follow up with you and since we have a warranty, we can give them a call if we noticed any issues. We plan on re-doing our front yard and hope to work with Landscape Connection again (if they allow us since our HOA is the worst at getting anything on time! Landscape Connection might not want us lol) Thank you!!

Staff were all skilled, professional and provided excellent communication during the entire process. Provided a detailed architectural plan I was able to submit to HOA for approval naming all of the plants. I would highly recommend their services for landscape.
