Empower solar very professional, great on what they do showed up on time and didnt waste time getting to work showed up on the time they scheduled the appointment and were done with their install before noon! Very happy with the Empower crew with their Performance kept me updated through out the process cleaned up after themselves afterwards. I would highly recommend to anyone whos instead in solar to go with Empower.

The Rhinos Crew, Jorge, Danny, Adam and Miguel, were a skilled and efficient team.
I appreciated Jorge giving me an overview at the beginning of the day and explaining options for the location of the Powerwall battery. After consulting with him, we arrived at the best location, with the least intrusion of conduit, on the wall adjacent to my main power box.

The entire installation was completed in one day, and the roof panels are perfectly obscured from the street side of our home.
The Powerwall battery, as I described, was also mounted in the most esthetic way.

We’re so glad we chose Empower for our solar panels. We met with several other companies, it was Empower that checked all our boxes. As we processed with the installation, it was important to us that the reps were available for our questions and concerns and they were. They returned our calls promptly and responded to texts and emails right away. From being to end the process went smoothly.

All the people involved were very professional, starting with the salesman to the installers and people in the office.

The solar panel installation crew did an excellent job installing panels. They were respectful and answered all questions I asked about the panels. Marvin, the electrical tech who performed the electrical installation was very professional, respectful and knowledgable about the solar panel system. Marvin took the time to explain the setup, how the system worked and all questions I asked. Tanya was very helpful and patient with my questions concerning each company’s responsibilities (sales, installer and finance). She was able to provide me with a copy of my solar contract and other helpful documents. Overall, a wonderful experience with the Empower Solar team.

Amazing job completed by Tony! Very satisfied with my AC service, he went above and beyond by also cleaning my solar panels. Thank you Tony.

This review is for Empower. They were selected by a broker which was a horrible experience and if you can go through Empower directly and cut out the middle man then I would recommend that. Once Empower stepped in, every step in the process was perfect. From install to Inspections to questions. Everyone I was able to speak to was great. They took care of a lot things and made things right even when it was not their responsibility. Highly recommend.

We had an issue with the main service panel. Power was disconnected by PG&E. Issue was resolved by Empower technician, George. However, PG&E required additional paperwork. Empower’s associates Tonya and Tyler went above the call of duty and went the extra mile to ensure that we were able to get our power back on.
Kudos to all the people including Thunder, the inspector who came after hours to certify all the work.

Would like to say how great Xavier and hes crew did on installing my Solar panels. They were very friendly and helped explain every step of the way . I feel like the went beyond doing extra by taking my christmas lights off for me. Great job to the guys. I would recommend them for anyone that wants solar

The Rhinos Crew Solar company was so kind and pleasant to work with. They were even really fast. We had a pretty big job with a lot of panels and they finished in one day very good job very pleased with the company.

The Empower Silverback Crew was awesome. They did a whole lot of work in a day. I highly suggest them.

The Rooster Team came to install my solar. They were courteous, professional, friendly and super competent! It was a long hot day and they worked right through and got it all done! 5 stars for the Roosters!

We had a rough day on Wednesday, but the crew more than made up for it today. They stay quiet and out of the house mostly and have completely picked up and closed everything.And everything looks great. Thank you to the Bulls crew!
