So far, it's been a great process. Our salesman, Henry, has been a great source of info and assistance. The Silverbacks Crew came out to install our panels and batteries today. Very punctual, very efficient. Victor explained the process and provided necessary updates.

Victor and his team were really great, did an awesome job and I am very pleased with the work done. They were here on time, worked efficiently and made sure I understood what they did and shared what I needed to know.

I would like to take back my first review. Empower I apologize for the low score. I was misinformed. Your guys did a great job. The Salesman Nathaniel was the best. He was knowledgeable in every phase of the Solar business. Our adventure with him was smooth and delightful. We would have not went Solar if it wasn’t for the kindness and attention he gave us to this day he is still at it with us. Thank you Empower for the wonderful employees you have promoting your company.

Did a great job on our home. Everyone that came out was very professional. Only 1 caveat is, they could improve communication to homeowner about exact timelines and process "after" the panels on/installed and 30 day wait from city, exactly how its another 2-3 weeks AND if 1 glitch happens, another 3 weeks wait to fix and submit( city always sent me next day approval after empower submitted( took empower 3 weeks to submit drawing change on wire #mistake so plans didnt match what was actually installed). Other than that, very happy with everything they did. I also think ALL appointments should be with the city at the same time planned out. They can always be rescheduled, if a delay happens, but getting initial dates correctly planned out with city is priority, becuz they fill up so fast. 4-1/2 stars. Always room to strive for improvement.

This is the worse company I have ever worked with. They are fast to sell you something and never has the sales person reached out to confirm all went well. I purchased a battery back in September in October they installed it. It did not pass inspection until yet. I have a working battery for my Solar Panels. They sent out people without giving you a call first. They never follow up whether the job was completed or not. Until now I still have no working Tesla battery. But yet they were quick to sell And get their money. Worst company ever to work with.

I don't want sales people pulling in my driveway and scooping my house. I never have and never will have any business with this entity.

If I could give ZERO stars I would.
#1 can’t log in to my solar app. No help from Empower only another solar company. I’m not going to get into that part. Still have issues.
#2 not enough panels! I told them in the beginning I did not want a True Up bill. Guess what it’s huge.
#3 I had to get another solar company to add solar panels. I can get in their app but still not on Empower.
#4 I am now paying $600 a MONTH for PG&E and pay for both solar companies.
I’m done paying for something that doesn’t work.
3-4 weeks later still nothing.
Now I’ve been ghosted with ZERO resolve. My PG&E bill keeps coming and so does my bill for SOLAR that doesn’t work.
AGAIN!! You have my number my email and my address so maybe have someone come and look at my system.

This has been an obscene turn of events, my sales representative Mike was amazing to work with. I bought a new home a few years ago and one of my action items was to obtain solar. Mike was amazing throughout the process. At the time I was really concerned if I was even able to have solar on my roof. His manager assured me that the roofing and solar team will do their diligence to make sure the roof is insured to have solar panels installed before moving forward. I was told that the roof had great life expert and they were ready to move forwards fast forward to the rainy months, when i noticed a leak coming inside the home from a few areas. I called empower and they sent someone out 5 times to get it “fixed” each time, nothing was fixed. I finally called Lee’s roofing to see what is causing the leaks and they confirmed that empower should have NEVER installed solar on my roof. Now it’s causing extreme damage to inside and outside the home and empower refuses to take any responsibility on their end after they had assured me this wouldn’t have happened. This company just wants to make a quick buck without certified technicians coming and “inspecting” your property. Worst company to ever work with when it comes to fixing issues that THEY have caused. I hope the owner Landen sees this and helps because this is a horrible way to do business.
