I have had great service from Empower from the first meeting with Jésus when he answered every question I had. Even after completing our project he is available for even more questions!
There were many steps within the process of adding more solar panels. Each step included friendly, polite, and professional people. Everyone of them answered my questions.
I love the app I can see in almost real time how I am doing saving money on my PGE electricity bill.
My tru up bill is going down! (2024 it was $4,000!)
Today, I again received excellent service from Marie Guzman, our project coordinator for a solution of a possible problem. She was great.
The problem was a tripped GFI. Our issue. However, Maria was ready to send someone out to help us if necessary.

Thank you to the crewmen and Empower for all their hard work. I was unsure about solar until I heard of the great work they provide and their services. I am excited to start producing my own energy and conserve when possible as we navigate this changing climate and economy.

I thought this company was great from start to finish. I already had solar from another company who were basically horrible so I was wary about Empower when adding a second system. But they were up front and diligent about the install, addressed all of my concerns, were attentive to my needs as far as service and quick to get back to me and set me up when I had an issue. No hesitation in recommending them for solar.

Brice was at my house a few ago repairing a small leak in my roof. Brice and his coworker Shawn came today to repair the interior ceiling. Brice is off the hook ,very knowledgeable of his profession. They took me step by step of the process. Very professional and hard working. Thanks again guys 👦.

Silverback panel installers were very professional, they gave us a 7am-12pm arrival window, they arrived at 7am promptly, it took about 6 to 7 hours. They placed caution tape around their work area as well.

We had someone come out to give an estimate on how much an air conditioner unit would be, Antonio the person that came out from Empower Home Services was very knowledgeable and professional, we had him come back and put a new Thermostat, which was exactly what we’re looking for, easy for us seniors to read and understand, no-frills perfect. He also went and did an inspection of our unit, so we’ll surely be working with Anton again soon. We felt he was honest and trustworthy, not just wanting to scare you into believing your unit is dead NOW! As a home owner that is very important.

Had my HVAC system inspected and serviced by Antonio and was pleased with his professionalism. He clearly explained the issue, even showed me pictures. He got the work done efficiently. Highly recommend.

So far so good! Process has been super fast! Chris Cha said 30 min appointment. Not only did he accommodate my schedule for a Saturday. He spent like 2 hrs answering all my questions and going over everything. Super helpful staff. The installation crew OMAR P. and his crew I think it was “the Bulls” left everything nice and clean. They did my install in one day. Great communication. I’m now just waiting for the city to do inspection.

The silverback did a great job, I will recommend this team to anyone wants to get solar panels installed and there home.

Empower did a great job communicating with text and phone. They were very prompt with follow up and took care of all the paperwork involved with approvals from HOAs and the city. The solar system installers were efficient and very professional and the system they installed was extensive and state of the art. When a deficiency was noted by PGE they addressed it and resolved it quickly. I couldn’t have asked for better service

The 'Rooster' team arrived around 8 am.
They went right to work.
By 4 pm we were on line.
Very professional, very good installation.
