Fernando and his team did a great job working in my home. I had a few projects that I had to do but didn't know who to hire. I'm glad we found 501 Remodeling. They rebuild our front porch and repaired alot of rotted trim around the house. These guys will definitely be working on any future projects we might have.

I had the pleasure to have Fernando come to my home to fix a complex heating issue. Although he was heavily involved in another project, he took the time to problem solve at a much deeper level than most would do, especially since it initially appeared, it would be an easy fix. His upbeat and friendly personality also made the whole tense experience (with the heating issue) much more pleasant. He brought along a colleague, Chris, who was equally as nice and eager to solve the issue. I would highly recommend Fernando and his company. These guys were fantastic! I had a problem with my outside tap and managed a temporary fix. However, there was still a leak so after a recommendation on my local community's Facebook page, I gave them a call. They picked up right away and offered to drop by that same evening (Friday). I told them it wasn't urgent and could wait till Monday. Sure enough, they gave me a call when they were on their way to my place. I wasn't home but they reassured me they could start the inspection and hold off until I arrived. They swiftly pinpointed the problem and had it sorted just as I arrived at the house. Top-notch service, very professional and friendly, and the charges were reasonable! I'll certainly call them for any future plumbing needs. Cheers!

Following several commendations from our neighbors about a certain plumbing company and the commendable service provided by a particular technician, we contacted them concerning our hot water tank that had been non-functional for a while. Upon reaching out to the technician, we mentioned that we had been without hot water for some time. He informed us that his schedule was quite packed and it would take a day or two before he could come and inspect the problem. Surprisingly, about an hour later, he called and stated that he could make a quick visit to diagnose the issue. After assessing the situation, he sympathetically decided to fit us into his schedule despite it being filled. He visited us and we discussed the issue further. It was then that we agreed that we would hire him to install a new unit once he had an opening. This was late in the evening, just after his supplier had closed. He inquired whether we wanted the unit installed that night or early the next morning. He went above and beyond, contacting his supplier who, we believe, was at home at that time. The supplier confirmed the availability of the heater we needed and even reopened the shop to assist him. He managed to install the hot water tank that same evening by 7:30. It's clear that the technician is highly respected given that not many suppliers would reopen their shops unless they held the plumber in high regard. As for the technician, his work ethic, speed, and professionalism were highly commendable. We deeply appreciate his flexibility and outstanding service!

Their efficiency was impressive, and they took great care to keep the floors covered and tidy throughout the process. We enjoyed consistent hot and cold water every night. The few holes left in the drywall were minimal and neatly patched up, though they will need a bit of paint. Are we satisfied? Absolutely! I took a shower while my wife tried out various faucets, and the water flow and temperature remained perfect in the shower. The technicians did a fantastic job, and I would highly recommend their services.

We were so at ease with him that we arranged for a second visit a week later to install a Comfort Pump onto our water heater, a modification that I must say, is a game-changer.
