We had a very annoying leak in both showers. I had an idea of what needed to be done to fix (cartridges) but 2 other popular plumbing companies tried to charge me insane amounts to tear into walls, replace pipes and quoted way beyond what was called for in this case. I hate when "service providers" underestimate your knowledge. Roto Rooter sent Joseph to survey the problem and was the only honest person in this experience. He was knowledgeable, straight forward and confident in his assessment. Job was completed as he quoted. No hassles, no upselling - just honesty. Reasonably priced too. So refreshing. I know I will have to replace pipes someday because it's an old house, and when I do I'll be calling Joseph and Roto Rooter. They've earned my trust and my business.

What can I say about Johnnie from rotorooter besides To say I am blessed to have him get dispatched to us! He kindly and patently answered all my questions and came late in the night when everyone else was closed. His expertise and advice was so good to have but his heart for the customer is what made me feel blessed. He truly cares about us in our time of need where you feel uncertain because your house is leaking. But having Johnnie with roto rooter supporting us made the process so much better. Johnnie was amazing. I assumed it was the last job of the day and what should have been a routine unclog turned into a two hour job due to all the pet hair that ended up in the pipes. We highly recommend DJ, Bobby and Jaime. We had an outdoor drain that was clogged, and we couldn’t figure out where the pipe emptied in our yard. Roto Rooter helped us solve the mystery, and cleaned out the pipe so that it is unlikely to cause flooding on our property going forward. While Roto Rooter is not cheap, in my experience, DJ & Bobby have the expertise to get the job done well.

Angel cleared our bathroom sink drain that was completely blocked. He arrived on time and finished the job quickly and cleanly.
